Cj was so kind!! Helped me bring my boxes in and got all my returns processed in seconds! What a great employee! I don’t know how much he’s getting paid but it can’t be enough! Very refreshing to find kind employees like CJ

CJ, Ms. Debi, and Jessica were extremely helpful with a very difficult Amazon return.

After contacting Amazon for several days in attempts to get my return processed, Amazon was very in helpful.

CJ, Ms Debi, Jessica doubled down and contacted every contact number until they got the item returned and processed. They are exemplary professionals and cared about making sure I was taken care of!!

This UPS Store is fabulous! They can print, copy & ship anything... speedy service to get you in & out! Debbie makes sure there's no standing idle waiting and she's very polite and always smiling!

CJ is the nicest guy and is always willing to help and go beyond what is needed. Go check out CJ and support him and this UPS store!!!!

The other day I went to return my Amazon item I no longer wanted - A young blonde girl walked me through the process and made it such a delight. Great customer service. Will be using this UPS again for any further inquiries.

I go out of my way to come to this ups location cj is always a great help when I come here even if it’s something they’ll at seems difficult it doesn’t he knows exactly what to do

Best UPS store I’ve been in. Quick and easy drop offs. CJ always lends a helping hand whenever I come in. He is very attentive and helpful.

I was a bit skeptical from the reviews if this store would be able to accommodate my request but not only did they do it, they serviced everyone very quickly! I was in and out in less than a minute! I was just dropping off a package for a return for Amazon so I can't speak on the other services but the lady there was fast and efficient. I enjoyed using this store and will probably go here for any of my UPS needs.

I came in earlier today it was real busy I was waiting in line and i seen how hard Jessica and Cj was working and they were so nice and well mannered great staff!!

I use this store for all my shipping. I've sent returns, gifts to family in Hawai'i, sent my wedding invitations, and even received many packages through this store. I've been using it for nearly 10 years and never had a single issue. Very helpful staff who are willing to walk you through how to do something properly when you make a mistake. Wouldn't use anyone else if I had the choice!

I had a package to pick up from this UPS store, which came from Great Britain. The store associate was nice and helpful. She made sure that I was the correct recipient of the package by checking my ID and information.

Always get my packages out on time I have never had any issues. Great customer service. Best UPS store in Tampa area!!!
