Wonderful service Lexis answered all our questions. There was no wait. We left Verizon after waiting an hour & no assistance, then went to AT&T they helped us right away and were more professional than Verizon.

I called ahead of coming in. Lexis was professional and kind on the phone. When I arrived, she made herself immediately available for me. She started the process of upgrading my phones and it was smooth and easy.
I will be visiting with her again on Tuesday, to return my old phone and to discuss my U-Verse accounts.

5 star stellar experience at this location. I had a terrible experience with the in-home experts, long story short I came into the store where Kiara, and store Managers Emanuel and Jamie all took great care of me. I got the best savings I could with AT&T, not only did this team resolve my issue, They were also very kind and generous and patient. Thank you

I had numerous disappointments with the Holly Springs AT&T store. They do not know what they are doing in that store, even the manager. I upgraded a phone and my bill almost doubled and the manager wasn't even able to fix it. I decided to take my business to the Apex store and Lexis P was amazing! She was knowledgable, courteous and acknowledged us immediately when we entered the store. I will definitely use Apex AT&T for my future business!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Peter and Danny! They took very great care of the issue I had. They were very patient and took their quality time with the issue I had and resolved it to the best of their ability. I was honored to have been in their quality of care. This is the place you‘d want to go if you want to feel like more than just a customer. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who requires superior service. Very happy customer!

Rhaneika helped me at the AT&T store and made my experience as quick and easy as possible. Not only did she help me out in less than 30 minutes at the store, but she also gave me her number to ask her any questions or tell if her I had any trouble at all! I highly recommend going to this store and asking for Rhaneika. She will help you every step of the way and make sure you have what you need. A + service :).

Let me first say, I switched from Verizion to First Net because of the great benefits it provides for being a first responder. The gentleman that was a traveling agent came and set us up but when needed he was a ghost in the wind and caused a lot of greif and heart ache for us. We have kept the phones until it was time to upgrade. I called another location that I won't name and they gave me the biggest run around and headache so I decided on a wimb to drive to Apex to see what I could do. When I got there my husband and I were immediately greeted by Jeremy and Braydon(I think that's his name) and it was like 45 minutes until closing and you wouldn't have thought that with the service we got! They didn't bat an eye at us coming in so late. They welcomed us, talked with us and even got me to add more than just upgrading my phone. But it didn't stop there anytime I have an issue I can call and Jeremy will have it fixed or help me troubleshoot without hesitation! They by far have the best sales team, and managers possible. Jeremy even introduced me to the actual FirstNet rep for our area and they came out on a Monday night to meet with our department and help mend the wounds left by the original sales guy. I can honestly say I will continue to drive the 45 minutes to get to Jeremy's store and if he ever changes stores I will gladly follow! Good Job AT&T for hiring him, and I hope you keep him around so he can help train up new employees to provide the positive customer service that he does!

Vita was extremely patient and took all the time to figure out what was wrong with my account. I can’t say enough how thankful I am to her professionalism and knowledge. She truly cared about me as a person and did what was best for me. Will never go anywhere else after her customer service and attention. I give her service 10 stars!

We switched back to att from Verizon. Verizon has worst customer service ever! Great experience with our sales rep at att store.

Stopped in on a whim. Although all the employees were already attending to customers when I walked in, multiple let me know that they would help me as soon as they could. Also turns out the issue I was having with my account for the last several months was a simple fix due to the services I used to have in Alabama. Took no time to correct my address. My other issue could only be handled over the phone, which I can do. Not my usual store, but I liked the staff, nonetheless.

The ATT Representative, Kiari who helped me was terrifically professional. I also observed others helping people and felt they were also good listeners to their clients. Jeremy, the Manager, worked hard to move things along.

I’ve been happy with all of my experiences with ATT staff.

I have NOTHING kind to say about the customer service or tech support from the remote help hotline. But I went in to this store in person after a full week of dealing with the hotline and getting a different potential problem and solution - and nothing worked. Teaira and her team (Jeremy and Jessica) went over the top to accommodate me and my work schedule to resolve my internet problem, stayed late one night, let me work from their office while they worked on my issue without me, and even followed up with me outside of work hours to let me know she was trying to resolve it. She saw the full picture and saw me as a real person who needed to get internet in order to get back to work. I will never deal with the remote help hotline again. I can’t recommend Teaira highly enough. Best customer service I’ve ever had.

Emmanuel was SO patient, kind, and helpful. Switching over from Spectrum Mobile was no easy task, but he did not give up, even though it took nearly 3 hours fighting with Spectrum to get the coffee i needed to port my phone over. I got some great discounts and they provided excellent customer service. Peter even walked over to Spectrum with me to get the help i needed to make the switch! I can't say enough good things about these guys--highly recommend!

Alejandro was awesome, while still training his colleague Tyler. Both gentlemen were very hospitable, informative, and trying there best to get me the best deal. I did not feel rushed at all! And Teaira was just the cherry on top to my whole experience. I will definitely be back and tell my colleagues to check out AT&T Apex Beaver Creek. Thanks guys.

Came in today to ask a few questions and to see if someone can help me transfer my information from my previous phone to my new one. LUIS the store manager was EXCELLENT. I’m 76 years old and I have a hard time understanding the new devices but Luis went above and beyond to provide me with the best service. Not only did he transfer my information but he also make sure my Apple ID and everything was setup properly and made it as simple as possible for me to use. I will definitely be back and tell my friends about this location. Thank you Luis
