I usually come here to return Amazon products. Workers are very nice and efficient. Some UPS stores take their time, however not with this store. Would def recommend

Was my first time making a return and I was ignorant enough to show up at closing. I know the stores don't make much from the Amazon returns. The man stop closing procedure and completed my return. Outstanding

Got to the UPS store 15 minutes before closing to have a package packed, labelled and sent. Employees[s] were happy to help and thanked me for the business....

Great customer service, was very helpful when I needed to return my xfinity box, in an out in like 5 minutes with a printed reciept. Lovely experience.

I visited this place about two years ago in order to drop off a luggage. The staff were very nice. Even though the employee helping me was not familiar with the procedure to do it, the other staff came over very quickly to help her out and the situation was resolved in very little time.

I have something to say about the people who are complaining about this store, considering that I worked at a UPS Store location also: if you call the UPS Store, do not expect an answer regarding the location of your packages. The UPS Store and UPS Shipping are under the same brand, but completely separate entities outside of that. This means that we have no more information than you do regarding your shipment, and you will have to contact the UPS shipping number at 1800PICKUPS.

Furthermore, if you come in wanting to return Amazon, and you did not fully and properly read the instructions (especially the second bullet point saying that you must package the box and seal it before bringing it to the store, printing, etc.) do not get angry at us for charging you extra or refusing to do so, as these were your responsibilities and you failed to complete them.

This store is absolutely amazing! The new manager is kind and very helpful. They explained to me all of my options and packaged my items very thoroughly. Such a better experience compared to the old manager.

What a pleasant experience! First time in my life I had such a great costumer experience at UPS with Mary and Mell. They were so helpful, nice and understanding. They helped me packaging my stuff, and explained me everything I had questions for. Will be coming back at this location only. Thank you, Mary and Mell! Additionally, this store was not busy and I didn’t have to wait!

This is absolutely the best UPS, and even if I am not in the area I make it a point to go here. The entire staff is so friendly and extremely efficient at their job. They turn a chore of mine into a very pleasant experience. Mel always greets all customers with a smiling face and goes above and beyond. He possesses a natural leadership role and is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job!

Mel and Kim were amazing! I had to return a super heavy and large desk to Amazon and they let me wait to troubleshoot on the phone to figure out how to return it minutes before closing. Mel also carried the 80 pound desk in for me- so courteous!

Just finished dropping off two huge packages. I was worried about sending them but Mel and Karen helped me ship and send them both. They were the nicest UPS workers I’ve ever met and were so efficient. Their manager and UPS need to know about the amazing workers they have at their store.

Our company sends out about 500 packages every month. We often go out of our way, sometimes even paying extra for a UPS label over one at the post office simply because of the customer service at this location. Mr. Mel and Max are the two nicest human beings on Earth! One time, I came into the store asking them if they had a cart, Mr. Mel came outside with me to my car and said “I am the cart!”. The customer service here is out of this world, and I would leave them more than 5 stars if I could. The only thing that sucks is that we get done packing and drop off our boxes at 6:15pm which is 15min before they close. It’s upsetting knowing that we are leaving them with all that work right before they end, but even with that.. they always have a smile on their face and are eager to help! We will be coming to this UPS store for as long as we can.

My husband and I have been going to this particular branch for years. Mel is especially very accomodating and helpful. He has excellent customer service skills.
No less than five stars because I am a satisfied customer.

Mel is very helpful and is knowledgeable, certain people leaving bad reviews just dont know what to do and blame it on workers to make themselves feel better. I am here almost daily and always have A+++ experiences everytime. Some people are just stupid.

Mel was the best person I’ve ever worked with! So helpful and patient in the most panicked situation. I had a choice to go to another store who would’ve shipped my package right away due to timing difference, but I decided to stick with this store and take a day lag just because of how amazing Mel was. I didn’t think that kind of service existed!

Mel is the best! I go to this UPS location for shipping, Amazon drop off, copies and faxing. Mel and his team are professional, fast and friendly. They pay attention to details and are organized and efficient, I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two to get what I needed done. Mel’s customer service is 5 stars!!

Mel is one of the most helpful, kind, and knowledge store associates I have ever met. Now THAT is customer service and customer service done well. The world needs more people like Mel in every industry. I wish they had a tip jar. I offered to buy Mel a coffee but he said a review would be enough. Floored by that response. Great device, Mel. If I ever need anything shipped this will be my go to location.

Mel and John are the best in the business. They deserve a raise as quickly as possible. Always friendly and cool under pressure at the most hectic times of the day. It’s a pleasure when I get to go to the UPS store on Lee St. Efficient and courteous. Detailed and organized. Great communication skills.

Love this location! Mel excels at customer service, knows each person by name and goes above and beyond each time. It’s so nice in a distracted culture to observe those people who take the time to care about each customer they see. I highly recommend going to Mel.
