The staff are horribly uneducated in their product. I drove 20 min. to go to the actual store, not lowes wich is right by me, thinking a SW store employee would be helpful and knowledgeable. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I asked what the undertone of a color was and the employee says he doesn't know because all colors have different tones!!!! Really!!!! Wth!! And when i wanted a sample the girl said the color i picked was special so they dont have its sample base so she could try to match it but thats hard to get right.... again WTH!!! I sat there researching colors on my phone. Complete waste of my time. Do not go if your needing any questions asked.
