AT&T Store

The service I received from Gina was amazing. She handed herself very professionally. She greeted everyone that came through the door I also got a wonderful deal on my phone. Gina is a great multitasker, very deserving of 5 stars

Liz was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provided me excellent customer service. She stepped away to assist another waiting customer and Gina stepped in to ensure I was satisfied. I am Very pleased with the service I received today!

The manager liz is absolutely amazing and she is always very helpful and understanding. She's also very good at multitasking, always very attentive. She goes out of her way to get the door and also walk seniors to the door and holds the door for them.
A lot of people don't have common courtesy anymore. But she goes above and beyond , and it's nice to see that she takes pride in her job.

I came in and Jenn welcomed me at the door with a warm smile. She is so patient and kind and really listens to the customers needs without trying to over sell me everything like most sales people generally do. She fixed my issues and went above and beyond to make sure all of my services were working properly and I left with everything I needed for my new phone. Thanks Jenn!

The associate Tyh was amazing. He was kind, patient, respectful, and explained everything thoroughly. Its nice to see a store being properly managed. Gina is an amazing manager.

Jay was super helpful. He answered and explained everything I asked about. I ended up buying an I Phone and 2 Apple Watches. There was absolutely no pressure from him.

Let me just start with this, my appointment to upgrade my phone was at 11:30 and I was out at 12:30. Got there at 11:23, was seen immediately by Jenn.

Now let’s talk about Jenn. First word to describe her is amazing. Next is quick + knowledgeable, and after that is personable, considerate, and accommodating.

A wonderful salesperson, but not too pushy, if I had the money, she would’ve got me! LOL! But yes Jenn was absolutely amazing, any question I had she was able to answer, and even told me about things I didn’t know like that insurance was included in my plan when I brought up the subject of AppleCare.

I cannot remember everything verbatim we discussed but I do know our overall rapport was wonderful, and I had wonderful experience at this store. Much better than my last experience at the authorized Retail Store in Tinley Park.

Jaquon is just the best sales tech at this AT&T store . I thought he was the manager. He should have his own store or be the manager of this store. Just super helpful and know his stuff!!

Always a great experience when I come into this location! Jacquon and the other staff offer great customer service and professional help!! I’m always in and out when I come in for any issues.

Gaberiela has excellent customer service! She went over and beyond to give me the best service deal! And the store manger Regina is also great! They are the examples of what customer service is!

Jenn was an excellent agent... she was very knowledgeable, seems to value the customers (so helpful) took care of explaining all details regarding our quest of becoming an AT&T customer (with a smile) and made us feel comfortable....Jenn was very professional...her communication skills made my husband and I feel as though we were talking with a family member! Excellent agent (Jenn) and will have all our friends and family members ask for Jenn upon their next visit to the AT&T store in Homewood, Illinois.

Jacquon aka Jay was very helpful w/ changing my grandmother’s plan from a horrible grandfather type plan to a value plus unlimited plan that was definitely needed!

Will be back to request him w/ in the future to upgrade iPhone. Highly recommend Jay!
