AT&T Store

Amazing experience, I dreaded entering because my acct had issues and i had been avoiding dealing with it because the 4 previous online customer service people had not secured it and it kept getting accessed. However, I was extremely impressed when I entered the Corinth AT&T. Mason quickly comprehended my issue and immediately knew how to handle it. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job. I think he is the best multi tasked worker I’ve ever met but that did not cause lack of detail. He’s very thorough, friendly, and fast. If you need something corrected, changed, or need the best deal available, and done quickly, he’s your guy, this is your store. The staff is knowledgeable and kindly accommodating with little wait time if any. Great experience!. Thank you Mason!

Today we needed to upgrade a phone because of damage to a device that got dropped, and Anna Nicole totally hooked us up! She was super friendly, helped advise us on the correct device, gave us some good pros/cons to consider, and then even suggested an AARP membership which saved us $40 a month on our plan!

I went in to upgrade to the 14 pro max from a 12 and Anna, the sales associate educated me on the difference in the iOS and suggested that I get the 15 instead. Her logic seemed more sound than just a sales pitch, so that's what I ordered. I was greeted by Anna and served immediately upon entering the store.
Gotta love that, the whole transaction, from entering to exiting was less than 20 minutes. Very efficient.

When I came into at and t my phone was broke I needed a new one . Ryienn went above and beyond ! For one she was very professional for two made great connections while waiting for me to activate and connect my phone . Usually I order my phones online because the stores are too slow or packed but something told me to go in . I’m so glad I did . I was having a long day and after 24 hours of no phone she was able to get me back on track ! Thanks girl y’all make sure y’all ask for her ! Fast , service ever !!

Luis at this location deserves a raise, promotion, or the best of the best. He fixed my problem in less than two minutes and saved me from tons of stress and money. He also helped me while helping another customer. He is very attuned to his customers and you can tell how knowledgeable he is. I appreciate you so much Luis!! Thank you!!!

Always superb hospitality, fast friendly and efficient - on top of their phenomenal spot on product knowledge. This locstion is a well kept secret with never a wait! Kudos to the management. The team of Anna, Tristan and Jessica is very cohesive. They often interact as a team helping the buyer make the best decision with their collective advice. This store never disappoints me. We walked into another location and no one acknowledged us so I told my son we should come to Corinth’s store. Walked right in and Anna greeted us, told us about their special offers and we left happy with our purchase. Thank you for your GREAT customer service! We will be back again in the future.

Honestly, had a refreshing and exceptional customer service experience at this store over a 2 day period. Worked with Bupe and Aries for 4 total hours porting over my moms consumer cellular line onto my plan, and numerous calls to higher level tech support to make it happen. These guys put in a ton of time for me, were knowledgeable, polite, and very patient. They had great recommendations, made sure I had all of the info before making changes, they did NOT try to just sell me a new phone and get rid of me. These guys both did a terrific job.

Luis and Jessica helped me purchase a new phone over the summer. I made a note in my new phone to leave them an awesome review and I just found it! Both were helpful, knowledgeable, and affable!

I was in yesterday after receiving my brand new iPhone 13Pro. I had an issue in which the phone would not actually connect to wifi - which was a HUGE problem. While this issue was not necessarily an AT&T problem, the team of 3 working yesterday took on my issue without hesitation! They were helpful, worked together and solved my phone issue without any major disruptions! They were amazing in working to solve the mystery and get me on my way! What a great team, amazing customer service and frankly a fun group of young professionals! KUDOS and sincere THANKS!

Tristan was amazing and very knowledgeable. He helped us order 3 new phones along with all the accessories to go with them. He was patient with all of our questions. Thank you Tristan for all of your help and we will be back to see you again.

Anna in the Corinth store is an Angel. She helped me do some of my shopping by phone since I am not out much in the pandemic. She and her peers wore masks when I came in without hesitation. Anna was kind, knew the answers to my questions, It was just a phone purchase to the world, but to me it was also a rare in person visit with another human. Thank you Anna! You totally rock!

I've been to quite a few different AT&T stores in the last couple days trying to resolve an issue with my phone. Hands down had the best experience at this location than any other AT&T store that I've been too. I was helped by Javlin I think that was his name. He was helping a few people all at once busting his butt to help all of us regardless of it being busy. This guy totally deserves a raise!

My husband & I got our first phone plan together & had a wonderful experience getting our new iPhone 11’s with some awesome discounts! The man who helped us was awesome & very knowledgeable! Thankful to finally be back with AT&T after a rough couple years with Verizon 🙏🏼

Jessica the assistant manager at the Corinth Tx AT&T store was amazing!!! She really deserves some recognition for helping us get our account fixed after Sams completely messed it. For the best customer service this is the best store to go too!

I was having issues with my phone changing. I brought it in and two employees worked long and hard to clean out the charging port. Now it charges like a champ! Great service and care! Will be back again and again!

The employees in this store was amazing. I needed help with my phone and I talked to the assistant manager her name was Jessica and she did everything for me and with a smile on her face. I will definitely be back!
