AT&T Store

My expectations were low as I walked into the store, and the first person I talked to punted me to the manager. But once I got to Tyler, it was clear why he was the leader. Knowledgeable, positive, helpful… Tyler solved my issues and made me happy that store is nearby. Thank you!

This is the best mobile phone store I've had the privilege of working with. Their staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. I'm very appreciative of all the help I received from both Mitchell M., and Anna D. They are great at what they do, and worked relentlessly to help me solve my issues when my new device ended up getting lost in transit. Once receiving my device I came back in store to get the new phone set up as well as update my service. Mitchell was very patient in helping me get my new phone transferred over, and efficiently helped me set up my new first responder line. I had a lot of issues and questions brought forth, and they both did a great job helping me through it all. Definitely above and beyond service, couldn't be more grateful. Thank you a million times over ^_____^

By far the best experience I've ever had at a phone store. In fact it was the best customer service I've had in any type of store ever. I've had some pretty frustrating trips to different stores of different carriers over the years and I'm now an AT&T customer for life and this location will be the only one I will go to. Anna and Mitch went above and beyond to take care of us. I'll spare the details but I had an issue with a phone and I was in a tough spot and Anna did everything she could to get me into a different phone and take care of me. So many times when you need help with something and go to different stores you feel like nobody really cares and is just going through the motions but they really cared and did everything they could to make everything right for us. On top of that it took quite a bit longer than we were expecting and they stayed after the store closed to finish up with us. We felt horrible keeping them after hours but they couldn't of been nicer about it. If you are looking for the best possible customer service go to this store. Pass other stores to get to this one. You won't be disappointed!

Went in on Saturday 6/25 around noon. I was immediately greeted and helped by Josh. My phone had a unique problem going from a different carrier to AT&T. Josh managed to get my phone activated, while explaining to me what he was doing the entire time. I was also impressed by how he managed to multi task helping co-workers, greeting customers coming into the store, and still helping me. Josh did a fantastic job! I would recommend this store to my friends.

Anna the Assistant Manager is one of most knowledgeable, friendly, helpful employees ever. She helped me & my husband get our new phones set up & on a new plan & helped pick out accessories & chargers.She made the whole experience smooth, we were good to go in no time. she really knows her business. This store hands down is the best around! I have been to many At&T stores and those do not even come close to the Ridgedale location! This store is a top notch, the staff is amazing and they get their customers in and out! All the staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and caring! The manager Anna was super helpful and willing to make sure we got the best…she’s the best around! And Tong was so sweet, had a lot of patience and did an amazing job setting up our phones! I appreciate this location and the Ridgedale location is a breath a fresh air, compared to the many other AT&T stores! I will drive past 10 other AT&T locations just to get the best service!

I had a very good experience at the AT&T store near Ridgedale Mall. I was very lucky to get a knowledgeable person who helped me pick out a new phone and get everything installed appropriately. He was polite, knew what he was talking about and explained things very well so I could understand! I was very happy with the time he took and the patience that he had while my new phone was being set up.

Great service. My family has been going to this location and it has always been a pleasant experience. I went in yesterday and the most helpful and knowledgeable employee helped me out. He was very personable and when out of his way to make me feel like an appreciated customer. He resolved my problem and even helped me save money. This is no longer the closest store for me, but I will definitely go out of my way to return

The associate, Tung was so very helpful! He showed great customer service with his patience, kindness, and knowledge of the overall process. With this being my first time switching carriers, he made it seamless. I hope management sees the potential he has. Thank you, Tung!

Twice I have worked with Ryan at the Minnetonka location. This guy is amazing!!! He solved my issue and went the extra mile to check on my account for me. Indeed there was another issue and he solved that one too!!! ATT needs many more Ryan’s!!!

It's tough to get anyone of any ability to work for you these days. Even tougher as a consumer to come across that individual who is friendly, knowledgeable and has an obvious passion for helping the customer.
From the initial phone call to the store to check on the latest offers available to switch from my mobile provider to AT&T, through the first impression made when entering the store, right up to the end of the transaction for four new phones, Jesse provided an excellence of service that is all too rare these days. Jesse smoothly and confidently took away the anxiety of switching carriers and upgrading the family devices. He made it a pleasurable experience and, for that, and his friendly personality, we are truly grateful.

Ryan is amazing!! He answered every question I had …and there were a lot of them!! He did it all with a smile! I can’t say enough good things about him. Customer service like this is hard to find. This AT&T store is my new go-to!!

The AT&T store is the best in the city. It's not that close to my house, but I will not go to any other store. Ana is A+. She helped me through multiple issues of the past month. I highly recommend this store and staff.

I had a very pleasant experience with this store when i came in on my lunch break to look into upgrading my phone. I was greeted right away and put on a queue and checked out the new phones while i waited. I believe his name was Ryan, he was very helpful, friendly and patient. Ultimately i decided to upgrade and I am very pleased with my new s10+.

Tong at Minnetonka AT&T corporate store provided EXCELLENT SERVICE! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and educated me on technical questions about my phone and taught me how to use it in certain areas. After my session, I feel empowered and have more control over my device.
