I traveled to Ocala location, as well as the Gainesville location to purchase this 3/4 electric impact for a job. Online and their system says they had them in stock, but when I arrived they could not find one to sell me. It is against store policy to sell the displays so that was not an option.

So first thing Monday morning I drove to the Starkey location because I called the store and a gentleman said he had eyes on one and I asked if he'd hold it for me.

Jim the store manager gave me 10% off for all the running around and wasted gas to purchase this product, so I saved 20 bucks in the long run to put towards fuel and I'm very pleased with their customer relations skills as well as being just an all-around good!

Connie, the manager, was extremely helpful. She made great recommendations on the scooter lifts to help us select the right one for us. Harbor Freight is extremely lucky to have her!

The store is always neat & clean, shelves are stocked and organized. Customer service is great & staff are always friendly!

It's my go-to store for tools and similar things. I love going there just to look at products.

Glad to finally have a store in Starke. Very friendly. On 2 different occasions, what I was looking for was not out on the shelves, when I asked about those items, instead of just saying they were out of stock, they went in the back, and found what I was looking for. It is little things like that that make a successful business, and to keep a returning customer like myself.

They entice you with fun coupons.. I'm not complaining... Lol

Phenominal experience overall, the worker even went as far as go to the back to get a tool that ran out of placcards. Definately using this location over the jacksonville one.

Harbour Freight stores are similar to old style hardware stores. There's plenty to look at and we always find something to buy. There great.
