The UPS Store

The UPS store on Wilmette Ave is the place you should go to for any printing need. The whole staff especially Jeet were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Best UPS location ever! They go above and beyond to help you find the most cost effective solution. They are kind, welcoming, and very patient with every customer. Personally, they helped me mail an odd sized box saving me $30. I also watched them patiently mail several different packages for an elderly woman who had many questions about different shipping rates. It’s so rare to see people taking the time to really help people rather than just rushing to serve the next customer.

Love this place! Jeet is super friendly and did a great job at printing a window poster for me. Super cool poster has an adhesive back and i was able to put it on my store window!

I walked into the UPS store not knowing it was under New Management. To my surprise
I was greeted with a smile. I noticed a few new people working behind the counter who were very attentive to the others in front of me. Both Jeet & Sai worked together as a team, getting people in and out which is important to all of us. Just wanted to give mention and say, welcome to the neighborhood!
*Also, they will also be taking printing orders in the very near future- just fyi

Jeet, Sai, and Nick are wonderful. Pleasing personalities. They have wide format printers, great quality, and value for money

I have used their services many times. They all are very helpful and friendly, and I have never had a problem with their packing and shipping. Things arrive in good shape and on schedule as promised. Highest recommendation.

Really disappointed that now UPS charges to keep your package for you if they are scheduling a delivery when you won't be home. That never used to be the case and $5.99 is a total ripoff to not deliver it!

Beware on international shipments! The young clerks tried to fake it, and after 10 (15?) long minutes of staring at the computer screen and quoting me different rates, I lost confidence and took my shipment down the street. Worse was their attitude, they could have cared less about taking care of a long-time customer. Bummed.

I was with the cashier being helped, and 6 pm hit (closing time) and another older employee closed the gate in front of me and people in line behind me. The older woman behind the counter yelled “we are closed” to those of us in the store, and shut down. Never experienced such a hostile close in my life. Showerd true colors of their customer service orientation snd care for their work.

From soon this store has an old woman as a supervisor.She denied me to accept my package, because the box was reused.She was very arrogant with me saying that I picked the box out of garbage.When I asked her about her name , so I could make a complaint, she refused to tell it.It looks like she has some mental issues in addition to her rudeness.It is a pity that this woman is given a position to supervise the other staff in the store.With all other employees I am in good terms and they are very polite.The worse thing is that the old woman doesn’t allow them to accept my package.She threatens me with postal inspectors .I will never visit this store as long as she is there.
