Staff is always nice and puts up with all me questions. They will always work with you about broken merchandise. Plus if they don't have something you need they will do their best to get it in for you. Hard to know what's my favorite things they have, from the Juice flavors to the Mothership rolls. Love it all!!!

This is the ONLY vape store I'll go to! Best customer service! The prices are very reasonable and sometimes even cheaper! They are very personable and extremely knowledgeable! I knew NOTHING about vaping and they have helped so much! Their patience with me has come a long way! They arent trying to sell you the most expensive stuff for profit and will be flat out honest with you if you are gonna waste your money on something!! Obviously they can't read your mind and everyone has different tastes but they definitely respect that! If I could give them more stars I would!!!

I went in to purchase my first vape and asked questions they answered all of my questions even helped me pick out my vape. I went back the next week to buy the salt refill at a lesser strength as the first one I picked was too strong. They explained everything and now I’m good to go. This is my go to place. They are very knowledgeable about all of the items they sell and then some.

Best shop in town, hands down! The staff is great and always friendly. The manager, Ryan, is awesome and knows his customers needs. Customer service is always top notch. It's a shame he and his staff can't be at every shop! This shop and staff are going to be the biggest thing we miss about Georgia!

This is the best place I’ve been to! I went in and requested that they order/carry some of my favorite juice that is mainly sold in San Antonio, Texas or online. A week or two later, they’re carrying my favorite salt nics! I don’t have to wait for shipping times or take a flight to Texas just to pick it up! The best part is that this is also THE local shop so I don’t have a far drive and I wouldn’t come to any other place anyway. (P.S. they can mix you your very own custom flavored juice (with or without nicotine) in store)

Went in today and didn't catch the guy's name there but he was extremely kind and helpful. By far the best interaction at a local shop I've had. I will definitely be back again! Great selection of devices, juice and accessories as well.

Top notch customer service and top notch products. You will get a wealth of an education here if you come here. They know everything about everything. There is a bar there where they can mix you a cocktail of your very own custom-made vape liquid. There is a wonderful Community here and having this vape shop located right there off of Jimmy dyess is a gem.

Liam was friendly and extremely helpful. Gave me a lot of information about multiple different mods and was knowledgeable about virtually every item in the store. Overall great experience, highly recommend this shop. Plus they carry Excision Paradox on the rocks (menthol version of Excision's awesome grape flavor).

I just started coming here last week , and today was my second, when I say that Ryan , Brandon , Christian and Joe are absolutely the best I cannot stress that enough . They are all very professional, very kind and take care of us customers. This is and will remain my go to place. Thank you Madvapes
