DJ is always so welcoming and greets you with a smile! The energy she exudes is contagious and she can always cheer you up when you're having a bad day. She is always there to listen and offers wonderful advice! She plays with my children and they adore her! She makes some of the best shakes and teas around! Be sure to check her out and see for yourself!

Nowhere else I would start my day off from. Atmosphere and DJ are amazing and bright every morning! Whether before a round of golf or before work, starting with one of her teas is just what is needed.

At the Bridge there is always a smiling face to welcome you! And a healthy PROTEIN filled treat to try. The shakes taste like milkshakes without the guilt!!!
I was new to the area and had never been to a nutrition club. DJ was happy to answer any questions I had and help me navigate a new experience. Stopping into The Bridge was the best thing I did! I have gotten the opportunity to meet new people in the area and find a group to help keep me accountable. DJ and The Bridge will help you as much as you want. I have never felt pushed to buy any product or join any group. If you simply want to stop in for a healthy treat every so often you can (and you should). If you want or need more, a meal plan, someone to keep you accountable, you can get those things as well.

I highly recommend stopping in and trying a frosted cinnamon roll for breakfast or a peanutbutter cup for lunch. Along with a Dorn Delight or a Skullcandy as an afternoon pick me up!

This place is amazing! They are open early which I appreciate because I am able to stop on my way to work and get a healthy breakfast. DJ and Kaia are so knowledgeable and always willing to help me decide on what I want/need that day. They also will help you with ordering things so you can make shakes and teas at home. Keep up the great work!!!

I absolutely love starting my day off right! I feel amazing after my shake, tea and aloe shot. So many different flavors to choose from and I love them all!!! You need to go and have DJ hook you up, I promise that you won't regret it and you'll be so happy you tried it! What a great way to start out the New Year

There truly is something for everyone. I enjoy the teas! They also have a shake and a tea advertised as the Special for the week, so it is easy to try new flavors!
Also, I like being able to call ahead when in a hurry so my drinks are already made by the time I get there, very convenient!
