Tops Friendly Markets

On the day of Thanksgiving, when I just arrived to Buffalo - I came here to get a cake for a party that I was invited to. The person that helped me out day was so sweet and kind to me! It was morning, sometimes people get a bit cranky, but he was energetic and ready for work! I appreciated the help, he had decorated the cake with my requested words. 10/10 service! <3

Friendly and warm, this Tops does not ring cold and new as the other updated Tops stores in the area do.
I've been graced with good experiences here, and I enjoy visiting here on my breaks from work.

The baker for cakes at Tops University Plaza is very nice and awesome in her work. Wish I needed cakes more often. She is very caring and takes pride in her work. AAA+ for her😊😊❤❤

The staff here are really wonderful 😊. Greeting me and my son upon entering was a huge bonus. This location is well kept and maintained! Ty tops!.

With the storm closing in on us and they're saying we'll probably have 10 more inches, my sister-in-law and I went to the university plaza, and did our last minute shopping at tops. I found a lot of great deals, and save money with the coupons they had to offer!!! Go tops 😆😆😆🥰🥰🥰🥰

A very, very convenient place for shopping

I worked at the Niagara Falls location in Deli department. I can speak for SURE when i say MY store was 100% SUPER CLEAN...staffed very well and stocked! I came into this location as I now work on the Island and was pleasantly surprised!! At my former location we would hear "rumors" but let's just say they either all were UN true...OR corrected! Deli department Tana (Sorry i mis spelled your name) cut my Charlie the butcher roast beef. Was rare like it should be, sealed and fresh and cut to right thickness. I then moved to the seafood department for fresh fish. Found a gentlemen there that worked at MAJOR seafood places for 15 years! Iam NEW to cooking and eating more fish...and DO NOT want the lower grade and look to see where it came from, how it was feed etc...I wish i could remember his name. He educated me BEYOND and i bought some fresh cod fillets! (He was SUPER) I THEN headed to the bakery for rolls. WOW either you keep fresh 24/7 OR i came at the PERFECT time. I did self check out and my scanner kept acting up and i was assisted right away! She counted my items...making sure all was correct and correct price as i double scanned my turkey ham. And i left VERY Happy. Thanks staff. I KNOW how hard you all work. I appreciate it and WILL be considering to change to this and my former location I worked at...as my ONLY 2 Tops. IF one Niagara falls...GO!!! YOU HAVE JUST AS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. want FRESH fried or cooked chicken from cafe?? Also ask to drop it hot...it takes 20mins to hour depending on if chicken, wings, a fish fry, etc....GREAT JOB!!! 👏 👏😊

Have a wide range of items! The instant udon noodles from tops are the best I don't care what anyone says 🗿

The employee are just very good here. Very professional, friendly and helpful. I have the means to go to other tops stores but I keep coming to this one because they are just run better than most.

The only complaint is use of self- scanning machine is little annoying. Sometimes it doesn't scan or causing same problem repeatedly. Otherwise everything else is fine. It conveniently located nearby.

I received my 2nd COVID vaccine yesterday here. I find the store to be very clean and the workers are very helpful. I wish we lived closer to this location. I wouldn’t mind shopping here all the time.

We love coming home to go to Tops. They have friendship cottage cheese and bison chip dip.

Love Belinda in deli and her wonderful staff, best anywhere! Some of the cashiers are the sweetest, all around great people there, including banking!

This store is VERY FRIENDLY. Employees go out of their way to help you!!! The manager is also very helpful, I'm handicapped and he got me a motorized cart to use. Always shop there even though I don't live near this store!!!!

I didn't hate Tops Friendly Market, but rather I like it because it's close by and they have a wide variety of groceries to choose from. Tops is not the only market near my home, but one of the best.

I like picking up things at different Tops locations.

The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. They try hard and have to put up with some pretty rude and demanding people.
