Just want to say how wonderful Victor & Jay were in helping me with my new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. They made the transition effortless! And, it's the best camera phone on the market! I highly recommend these two professionals.

Sim provided great advice about what to do with my trade in and helped me check if Verizon home internet was available at my address yet. It wasn’t, but within a couple months it should be ready to go! I am very excited for that and will be going back to check soon!! I would recommend stopping in and seeing him for all your cell phone and service needs!

My phone was lost and a replacement was sent. After 6 hours with phone support the issue could still not be resolved! Quite honestly, it was absurd.
I broke my leg and was desperately in need of help. I could not call anyone for help.

Sim is the man! He was both super helpful and a super nice guy! I came in with a lot of questions about my plan and purchasing a new device through Verizon and he not only answered them all thoroughly and eloquently, but he also helped me pick out the best device for me based on what I wanted. Everything was super easy and super straightforward, with Sim even helping me set it up in-store. He even gave me some advice on accessories! I would definitely recommend this store - and if you do go, ask for Sim!

So the reason I stopped in Mattituck was I hoped Simran was there. He was extremely helpful as usual and came up with a simple fix for my phone.. The other young lady there was friendly and informative. Apologies I didn’t get her name.

My visit to this Verizon store was both pleasant, & successful. James was friendly & extremely knowledgeable as he patiently walked me through the process of buying & setting up my new iPhone 13. The following day while James was helping another customer Sim fixed a problem I was having with pairing my Apple Watch. My husband had similar experiences with both these men. We’re so pleased to have this resource in our community & credit Verizon for hiring such fine employees.

This experience at the Verizon Mattituck store has been a remarkable one. When I was trying to decide whether to go an apple store, BestBuy or verizon in Mattitick, the previous reviews guided me to Mattituck. And am I glad they did. Working with Sim was an absolute pleasure. Being of a certain(silver) age it usually takes me a while to understand all the bells and whistles on a new phone. Sim was remarkable. He guided me through each step, explained things in a way that I could understand and treated me as a valued customer. Thank you Sim, for a very pleasant experience 👏🏻

One of the easiest 5 star reviews I think I'll ever leave. Sim and Raul are two of the nicest guys I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had a bunch of questions and they were incredibly patient with me. They told me what my options were moving forward and explained everything at each step.
