My go-to shop. Very happy when I am lucky enough to catch Brandyn working as he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I'd been trying for years to find that perfect vape that would finally get me to quit smoking, and he did it on the first try. My only requests would be menus to look at, and some Banana PB&J Jam Monster!

Miguel has always been there to help me with any problems or questions I’ve had. Never steered me wrong wether it was mods or juices. Just recently i needed a new top/pod replacement for my Aegis 40w Luxury edition (first came out). He was able to find a not 1 but 2 replacement boost pods & put them on will call at their Annapolis location where i was working. Very cool & respectful dude. Been dealing with specifically for a year now & i hope he stays.

They’re always helpful, informative and friendly. Their inventory fluctuates but I think that’s mainly due to them selling their juices quickly. Picked up a really nice one today based on their employee’s recommendation and it was 10/10. Found exactly what I didn’t know I wanted.

These guys are truly the best. If you happen to catch Ryan (owner) in the shop, engage him in conversation about literally anything; he's very genuine, and isn't looking to just make a buck off you. You'll be back.

I came in a hurry trying buy coils that they did not have. Instead of just turning me away or telling me I had to wait he hooked me up with a new and upgraded tank for a discount in exchange for a great review. He also helped decide on a vape juice when i couldn’t decide. Nate is great at customer service and knows his products!

Staff is very knowledgeable and truly care about helping people quit smoking not just selling the most expensive item in the shop. I even saw 2 employees offer to loan a woman their own personal equipment when hers was broken and they werent able to immediately get a replacement part. They have a great team here.

So since I’m not using The Marijuana anymore a Woman needs SOMETHING! I love Monster Bar vapes so I visited Vape180 and was impressed with the selection of flavors. Left with Strawberry Custard and Butterscotch Custard and they’re yummy. I’m going back to get a refillable system when these die. Very friendly knowledgeable staff was so helpful and schooled us in the selection of latest relaxation inventory. Yay!

Love this vape store, go here frequently. Staff is always friendly and they USUALLY have a good selection of mods and tanks, sometimes they are picked clean. They stock back up pretty quick though. GREAT selection of juices and good prices.

First time coming in today. Devin's customer service was outstanding. I'm naive and a first timer to the vaping community. I felt very comfortable asking him questions, ended up buying my first vape kit and 2 juices. I will definitely be returning and I look forward to meeting the other staff! Store is also very clean.

Ben was awesome!! Normally we would go to pasadena for planet of the vapes BUT that will change now. Ben explained everything to me and help me get just what my fiancee needed/wanted! And even my step son thought he was great. Very honest and helpful! Thank you for an amazing experience! Money and time well spent!

Love this place, I've only been in 3 times now but each time everyone at the counter has been super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - putting up with my stupid questions when I'm so new to vaping has been huge.

Some of the most friendly and helpful staff I have come across in vape shop. I had my juice confiscated by TSA before I boarded the plane so when I arrived I found this place close by and they were great in helping me find juice that was similar to what I had confiscated. Awesome staff!!!

I ordered earlier today and they showed up at my door for delivery a couple hours later. I really thought it was going to be mailed. Hand delivered service, unheard of! Highly recommend!!!
