The UPS Store

I’m new in town and what wonderful customer service I received from this UPS store! I had a large heavy package I was struggling with, and a young gentleman named Alejandro, employed at this UPS store, came running outside to help me. He took my package, added more tape to secure it, and then let me know that it was a FedEx package. Lol. He was kind, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He let me know where I could drop off my FedEx package. Alejandro went above and beyond. He demonstrated the kind of excellence and consideration that is getting harder to find in the world today. Thank you Alejandro for all of your help and thank you UPS for employing wonderful human beings! A great experience from a flustered lady with a mile long to do list. :)

I visited the UPS store on 11/27/23 at 11 am and the line was out the door. There was only one gentleman with strawberry blonde hair working by himself. Although he had quite a line and no assistance, he was not rude or impatient with any of the customers. He was friendly, polite, and helpful to all of the people in front of me and I am certain that all of the people who were behind me were treated with the same courtesy. This type of service is rare these days and this young man deserves a raise.

I had some very fragile items to ship down the coast that more importantly held significant sentimental value. Matt walked me through how they’d package it step by step and the store regularly called me and updated me as they packed it. Though it was expensive, it was worth as every piece arrived intact.

I had several heavy packages to ship. The staff was very helpful and courteous, helping me unload the packages. They were efficient and worked fast. I was very impressed by this store and the staff. Keep up the good work.

Shipping a package was quick, efficient, and the staff was knowledgeable. My package arrived 250 miles away the very next day using only the basic service.

Alejandro was fantastic, walked me through exactly what he was doing and how my item would be packaged. He's was very kind and patient and fun.

overall a great experience. I had to ship a car part out and Patrick was there to help. He informed me of the added insurance I could add and even showed me the box after he packed the part. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming

You guys are great you always helpful make returning my stuff from Amazon so easy why I shop Amazon because they deal with UPS store and they make my life better and believe it I need a better life

Superb service! We came up with a last minute idea to develop a graphic for an upcoming family vacation. This UPS Store took the idea from concept to creation and made something out of nothing with an extremely tight turnaround window. I was very impressed by their dedication to completing this project and ensuring customer satisfaction. The graphic came out wonderfully! I’m very appreciative of the effort put forth by this team. We now have a lovely momento to memorialize our family vacation. Thanks to Jim and the UPS team!!

There was a line, 3 staff, 2 of the staff working with customers, the 3rd staff was with a phone customer, and the line moved swiftly enough.

The store was clean. The staff were attentive and polite and knowledgeable.

First of all, I was NOT looking forward to returning a ridiculously large overstuffed, beanbag chair (in only a plastic bag) to Amazon. Well, I was worrying for nothing as it turned out. I had one of the best store experiences ever that I can remember. Despite arriving during a busy noon hour, the friendly staff greeted me, got the hideous beanbag out of the car, boxed it up, and had it ready to ship in no time. They were well staffed for the holiday rush and were totally unruffled by the long lines of people they were assisting. I am most grateful and will only use this Glens Falls shop in the future.

The customer service is way up and beyond. The manager is very personable, professional and takes the extra mile. I was trying to locate a package and they worked on it until it was located. No fault of Ups. Kristen returned my phone calls promptly four times in a row. She was as so kind and compassionate. A very big kudos to them both!!

First time using this UPS Store, had to return a small item to Amazon. After reading some bad reviews about this location I was hesitant to go there but decided to try them. Went today and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady who took care of my transaction and thoroughly explained the process they follow for returns to Amazon. As Amazon says, it didn't cost me anything and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Couldn't have been any easier!!
