Yesterday, I went to the Forest Hills store after having phone issues for a few weeks. I had been to another store several times and could not get help. I walked in and Bianca was so kind and knowledgeable she helped me resolve all my issues and exceeded all my expectations! She showed awesome customer service and knowledge and the ability to do all she can to help her customers and that makes her stand out as a great manager!
