I came in to get a new phone and was assisted by Greg. My experience my smooth and very helpful. He helped me with the loyalty program and I was able to get a phone for a monthly fee of 50 cents Amazing! He was very personable and informative.

Absolutely great!!! I absolutely hate buying new cell phones because it takes too long and there is always issues. The Milford, Ohio location and more importantly Kyle made this awesome. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, over the top efficient, and by far the best Verizon representative i have ever work with. Verizon had great deals going and I walked out completely satisfied. I know this sounds over-the-top but my expectations were absolutely exceeded. If you want a great experience, go see Kyle at the Milford, Ohio location. Thank you so much!!

Came into the store thinking about getting a new phone. I was greeted at the door with a smile and was assisted quickly. The rep Cohen was a very useful resource. He gave me all the options to make a great choice, and I choose the S23 + with an amazing deal. Cohen even was able to get me a new galaxy watch with another great deal. The store was clean and all reps were willing and happy to assist with any questions I had. If you are deciding on what store to go to, you should go to this one. Came in today because my phone was acting up. I downloaded something called boosters and cleaner and they did not let me operate my phone at all. When I came in I spoke with Hans and he knew exactly what to do. Hans found a way to get all of the stuff off of my phone and cleaned it all up. He ended up offering me a promotion that I could not resist. I ended up upgrading my old v30 into the newest Samsung galaxy s23 for practically free. Overall the process was extremely fast, simple, and helpful. I would highly recommend this store and representative Hans to anyone that needs help with their Verizon needs. I recently called the Milford Verizon store with questions about my cell phone bill. I spoke with Hans in regards to the current and previous charges. Hans explained what equipment I have, what I had finished paying for and then what equipment was still on my bill. He let me know how much longer the charges would continue and what my bill would be after all equipment was paid off. He also offered me current specials on the equipment we have if we were ready to make a change. I also asked Hans about international calling and he was very knowledgeable about how Verizon handles these charges and what plans are available to me. Good customer service is becoming a rarity. I appreciate your store and your employees like Hans! Thank you.
