Great service provided by Dylan!! My phone stopped working a couple weeks ago and Dylan provided top notch service. He made sure the entire process of getting a new phone went as smooth as possible. He was very helpful, patient and informative with the many questions I had about my new phone. He was also very hands on in showing me all the new features of my upgrade! I highly recommend this location and most importantly, be sure to ask for Dylan!! You will thank me later!!

Unfortunately my phone had broken while on the road and I was in dire need of using the GPS , being that I was in a new area. Couldn't have been a more perfect time as I was soon able to find this store. The associate Dylan was more then helpful as he set me up with a new phone with all my old info and had me in and out in no time!

Dylan and I go way back from working in the same sales department together. He is a kindhearted, empathetic, and very loyal to his customer base. He shows true passion about the way he works, and defies the stereotypes of being a sales person. Dylan is truly one of a kind.

My wife and I went in for a replacement phone and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I certainly would recommend this business. I'm pretty sure Steve was the guy who helped us out. Very nice guy. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions with all the professionalism you would expect. Great customer service.

I have never personally shopped at this store, but I can attest to the goodwill and extreme care the associates of this store put into their jobs. I lost my phone at a Jets game, and within a few days I was tracked down by one of the managers of this store, who then shipped me back my phone: a) for free b) with a new case and screen protector c) overnight
The situation restored my faith in humanity and I will always be grateful
