The UPS Store

I was at the store on 98 th st , I was trying to mail my sister a birthday present. I had a box that was not made up, and a card that was not signed the girl behind the counter Desiree was so helpful, she made up my box for me , she packed my sisters presents in it and waited for me to sign the card .She put the card in the box and taped it up for me . I go to different UPS stores , but that’s my store from now on . Thank you Desiree I really appreciate plp like you who go above and beyond. This girl is awesome.

I don't usually write reviews, however I have had truly wonderful experiences with this store!!! Other shipping companies within the vicinity have recently decided they are interested in selling shipping materials and will reject nearly every package you take there unless it is shipped in their box.

However, the customer service rep at this UPS store is so wonderful, she even helped me repack my item and get it sent off without trying to bump up the costs! I wish I had a business so I could try to hire her away! I cannot speak highly enough of her excellence in customer service! Job well done!

I went to ship a laptop to a coworker, and UPS (not the store, but UPS itself) messed up the shipment and sent it back to the store. The owner drove the laptop down to the UPS hub herself to get it to its destination on time, and called me several times to give me updates. I really appreciate her going the extra mile to correct the mistake UPS made. I will always be a customer!

Sold breakable items on eBay. Had no idea what I was doing. The staff went above and beyond to help me figure it all out. From the manager to the staff they helped me on multiple visits. Very thankful and will make this my go to ups store location from here on out! Thanks!

Rimple delivered the highest quality customer service ever! I went in on 12/12 because I needed a resume printed for an interview. Their customer computer was acting a little strange, so I got in line. She worked with me at the computer, and finally took my USB to the back and used the printer in the office. She was pleasant, and juggling me needing a resume and everyone needing their gifts sent! She did not make me feel like a burden and the copy only cost a quarter. To work that hard for a quarter is IMPRESSIVE!

I've used the ups store on 98th and Indiana for years. They have great people there to help with anything. I recommend them to everyone for all your shipping and printing needs.
