I absolutely love my HEB! I shop at HEB every week, multiply stores. It's important to visit different stores as the product selection can differ along with pricing. Depending on what I need during my shopping visit determines which store I select. I shop at least two minimum stores per week. The app is outstanding along with weekly deals and clearance section. I'm almost always happy with customer service. The prices are also great! I love my HEB!

The pharmacy team at this H‑E‑B is outstanding! Ann Nguyen Cooley, the pharmacist, has gone out of her way to help us. She is the epitome of customer service. Ann is always happy to see her customers and her genuinely kind concern for all of my family is what continues to earn my business. Day after day, regardless of time she goes above and beyond to answer questions and makes sure my entire family is taken care of. Thank you Ann for all you do, you will never know how much it means to us!

Beautiful store! Clean and easy to navigate. Any staff I came across greeted me with a smile and offered assistance. I would like to especially compliment my check out experience. This was a “big haul” shopping trip for me so I had an overflowing cart. Instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, the cashier smiled and carried conversation as she swiftly and efficiently scanned my items. As for the young lady that went out of her way to grab an extra cart to begin loading my groceries. My cashier did not have a bagger so she began to bag for 2 registers at one time. As I could tell she was very busy, I offered to move my large items to the other cart. Without hesitation, she said she would follow me to my car with the second cart. I tried to refuse but she insisted. As we headed out to my car, she carried friendly conversation and we shared a few laughs. Before she went back inside she even offered to load my groceries in to my vehicle. The world is missing kindness like that. This store is lucky to have miss Ehlonna. Her kindness is appreciated beyond it just being “part of the job”.

Beautiful HEB! Was dissapointed they didn't have any more cooked chicken. Other large locations have 2 stands with the cooked chicken. Maybe they need to do this

Quality products. Wider selection than other HEB's. Customer service is also exceptional.

This is my HEB, I've been shopping here a few years now. It's managed well and most always stocked up.

Very clean, well organized store with friendly staff and a large variety of products. The $12.99 car wash would’ve been good except the air dryer was broken. Plenty of parking and well lit.

Great Meat and Produce Selection. Always fresh. And always various options of fresh lemonade, crawfish,m etc for impulse purchases!

I didn't need anything in particular. Just like going to the grocery store and piddling. Still spent $100. Always a good, fresh selection. The staff is nice, they all seem to enjoy working there.

Gotta love grocery shopping! I love HEB's fresh chips, salads, and guacamole. Prices aren't that bad. Everything has gone up everywhere!

H-E-B is a clean store with a great selection of fresh meals ready to cook.

Shopping and pharmacy, fast efficient, and easy to navigate. Coupons were out and accessible, everything I needed was in stock. Employees working the checkout and pharmacy were great and helpful. The construction was a bit of a hassle, but I’m sure it’ll be done soon!

They are my favorite grocery stores. No membership cards. Great customer service. Easy in and out. Registers are always fast. Keep up the amazing job.

I just wish it was closer to home, but for now it's a 60+ mile round trip. We always make sure to grab some sushi, and boar's head cheese that we can't get locally in Hempstead.

Everyone loves how the cake looks and tastes! The decoration is phenomenal since it can combine the Blippi theme colors and the Turkey for Thanksgiving!

VERY busy! Yet all registers were open ( with real people) got in and out in reasonable time.

Kersten in the Blooms floral department in Fairfield is AWESOME! She is an incredible person and made the perfect arrangement for our special event! ❤ we appreciate people who care and give 100%

Found everything that I needed and the prices were great. Even had a sale on the entire Healthy Living department.
