Special shout out to the store manager Hunter for helping me resolve my issue in a timely manner. He was very professional and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend you go to this store for all your wireless needs. They have a great leader who will ensure that you receive the best service possible.

I went in on a holiday for assistance with my SIM card which randomly stopped working. Fahim was fantastic! He worked quickly to troubleshoot the issue and ultimately resolved the problem within just a few minutes. I would definitely return for anything else.

Fahim H., the associate who assisted me, was very knowledgeable and patient. I came into the store a few weeks earlier to ask questions about opening an account and he helped me during that visit as well. When I arrived yesterday, Fahim remembered our previous conversation and was able to help me choose the perfect plan. This experience was the most positive that I've had at a cellular store and believe Fahim is a wonderful employee. Thank you!

This is an amazing AT&T location - the staff is very friendly and kind. Today I had Fre' assist me with some questions around a return/bill and they were able to walk me through it step by step! I was there for over an hour and never felt rushed by any means.

Again, I highly recommend this location and appreciate the staff's patience and determination to help their customers!

Amazing, quick service and helpful employees! I went in to activate a SIM card for my iPhone and the employee that came to service took no time and helped me with my problem in less than 5 minutes. I gained my activated SIM card with excellent ease and after i left, my phone worked exceptionally better than it ever did before.

Every time I've visited this AT&T store I've had a very pleasant experience. They've waived the $5 charge for a SIM card most every time I've had to get one. My family and I are on the 40GB/month plan and I'm glad that AT&T recognizes the loyalty that customers such as myself have towards an outstanding corporation.

Fre assisted me in purchasing a new phone and moving everything over from my old one. She was extremely helpful, professional , and provided outstanding customer service. She is a true asset to your office and company. Please send her my thanks.

January 2024 update: U Village AT&T Store is still my go-to for phone upgrades. This time Faiz helped me figure out which phone, storage capacity and data plan made most sense for me. Faiz took care of the data transfer between phones while I stepped out for a couple errands. He ensured everything was working properly and answered all my questions about features of my new phone. We went over billing so there would be no surprises, deleted data from my old phone and I received decent credit for the trade-in. Faiz is upholding the tradition of exceptional service at this store. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Review from 3 years ago: Great customer service is what separates the U-Village AT&T store from the rest of the pack. The whole team is friendly, efficient and listens to your needs. Fahim was my personal Superstar on a recent visit. I upgraded my iPhone and Fahim took care of everything from attaching the new screen cover and case to setting up the phone and making sure all the data from my failing old phone transferred to the new one. I generally don’t enjoy technology shopping, but Fahim’s expertise along with his kind demeanor made for a very positive experience. He is the embodiment of excellent customer service. Wonderful service all around. Andrew was incredibly patient and helpful with getting my new phone set up. We've been AT&T customers for about 30 years - and stay with AT&T because of the terrific, responsive, real-human service.

Free is without a doubt the nicest representative with the most knowledge that I could have hoped for. She spent the time and was very patient with me and is technically astute with the Samsung phone and all of its applications. I am grateful that she was assigned to me and so helpful in setting up my phone.

Great service! Matt was the person who helped me and I was so grateful to have such a great experience. He went above and beyond to fix the issue I was having in a timely manner. I went to this store today, after spending a whole day dealing with Apple and some issues with the backup on my phone. Needless to say, I was tired from the whole thing and next step was adding AT&T back to my phone. They were quite busy but I didn’t have to wait for very long and left with my issue solved :) thank you!

After spending five hours trying to resolve a $399 erroneous charge on my bill from my home via phone and chat, I went to the store. Both Lacey and Jorge were able to resolve the issue after more than an hour on the phone with ATT people from the Loyalty division. They were reassuring, patient, attentive, persevering, and knowledgeable. If it weren't for them, I would have left ATT for another provider.

I got a new iPhone today and Frē was AMAZING!!! She was so so so helpful and kind and helped me get the best deal and phone for me. And she was so nice and fun to talk to while we got the phone!!

5+stars to Matt (store manager/uvillage). He was excellent! We had a complex problem that took time and connecting various dots to solve. Matt was patient, thoughtful, thorough and very knowledgeable. Very thankful to have this positive experience.

I am incredibly pleased I visited this store. I received fantastic assistance from Lucy, a technician for phone repair. She went beyond any expectation I had to help me as much as she could while my phone was out. She was so patient while I had to set everything up with another technician on the phone. She then helped me set up my tablet for texting. She also changed settings on my phone to make the wait better for my new phone to arrive. I cannot thank Lucy enough!
