We had a great experience needed a critical medication while on vacation. The pharmacy team particularly Emily worked hard to ensure we got what we needed.

This pharmacy takes good care of me. Paul is great. Everybody knows who I am when I walk up and I’m only there twice a month, on average. It’s a big corporate chain with an independent pharmacy feel because of the great crew.

We were treated wonderfully by the staff at this pharmacy. And the staff is the main reason for the 5 star rating.

5 days into my vacation, the idiots at American Airlines still could not find my luggage and refused to do anything to help me. I ran out of medication (the rest being in my luggage) and had an emergency prescription filled at this CVS. I arrived delirious and vomiting, and explained the situation. The pharmacists here immediately brought me free bottled water and ice packs, and sat me in the back with a trash can. They offered to call an ambulance, which I declined, so they immediately brought me my medicine and helped me administer it, and told me to just stay there and rest for a while. They brought me another cold water (I cannot explain how hot and thirsty I was because of my lack of meds) and made sure I was okay before I left. When I offered to pay for the waters and ice packs that they had brought me without even thinking, they politely declined and said that they would take care of it. After thanking them countless times, when I was finally ready to leave, one of the pharmacists said that her shift had just ended and insisted that I let her drive me back to the bus station. The people here were by far the most wonderful, thoughtful employees I have ever encountered. Would give it 10/5 stars if I could.

Staff were very helpful finding what we needed. Also bought a cool bag here which was perfect for the hotel pool! Highly recommend getting one if you're having a long stay in Key West.

Amazing CVS! Pharmacist recommended a doctor when needed one. Fast service and easy to park if needed, great pick-up spot for Ubers also.

Excellent. I got some anti-fungal creme and some athlete's foot spray, and something else. Oh yeah, some of that heavy duty pain killer for my sunburn.

Looking for sunblock and a giant hat cheaper than the gift/tourist shops? Here you go.

This location has a working pharmacy where you can fill an actual prescription. Most of the CVS Pharmacy in Key West are nothing but a convenience store.

Cvs is amazing. Got what I wanted. Very helpful staff.
