I don't know his name, but he is fantastic. He has fixed my phone when I hit the wrong buttons and can't get it to work. He helped me pick a phone for my daughter that she loves. When I saw the dog bluetooth speaker some time ago he made sure I got one in a perfect looking box because I told him it would be for Grandpa as a gift. He put screen protectors on our phones, he helped pick out the phone case for my phone. If you need help, go to this store, if it can be fixed this guy can do it for you, and he never makes you feel bad for asking.

Brought a friend here for a phone. There was no line. Customer service was accommodating, helpful, and patient. Store was clean. Plenty of phone selection.

I went into Cricket today with a dead phone that wouldn’t charge. Tommy was helping me out. He tried everything to get old phone to work but couldn’t. I had to buy a new phone. I had my 4 year old with me and I had to keep him happy but also get new phone up and running . What a polite and professional man. He was nice and knew what he was doing . I also noticed the store was super clean and well maintained. Tommy needs a raise. This is the second time he has helped me and I will go to him from here on out. Thanks Tommy!

The guys here are so helpful. I got a new phone through the insurance company and when i called customer support to get my number put on my new phone, they said that they could not do that and i needed to go to a store. So i went in and Tommy took great care of me!

I came in because my battery would not charge, but Tommy looked at my phone and the charging area was broke. He helped me pick out an upgrade and was able to get all of my contacts back for me. God is good!

The customer service was really good, the employee there at the time Ian N. was very funny and helped us out a lot. He was very informative on all of the products we were looking to buy and helped us with choosing the right ones. I would go back just to talk to Ian, that is just how fun it was to be there. I got everything I wanted while I was there and more.
