AT&T Store

We had an unfortunate experience at the AT&T store inside the mall, so we came here to voice our concerns and get some issues resolved. Aleem (district manager) was a great listener and I have trust he will handle things at the other store. Brianna (store manager) helped sort things out on the technical side. They were both very nice and personable, and had us taken care of quickly. Thanks guys!

The associate Briana was outstanding, excellent, and very professional. She answers your questions and explains to you. She goes far and beyond to find out why your device is doing something and then she corrects it so you are not having the same technical issues. I walked out of AT&T feeling like a valued customer because of her. I hope AT&T have more exceptional employees like her. She is a great value to this company.

Had an incredible experience with Brianna yesterday. I found myself needing assistance twice in one day and I'm so grateful she was there both times. Her attentive, knowledgeable help put me at ease on a stressful day.

The service was exceptional provided by Brianna the manager. She provided good information to help us make decisions. We replaced two phones and changed our plan.

The store had 3 representatives and all 3 were knowledgeable, patient, extremely helpful and very kind. The manager assisted me personally, Dwayne. I have NEVER been engaged by employees like them. 👍 Super super people all 3.😁

Passed by the store and was helped by manager he is very professional and knowledgeable, we were able to change our plan to the new 5g plan and end up adding a new line and watch to our existing plan for the same price what we used to pay. Thank you guys!

The team here went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the additional lines I needed for a critical business launch. The manager even coordinated with other local stores, to make sure I was able to get all the items I needed to meet my teams deadline. I will be making this my go-to store from now on. I suggest others do the same.

Ismael was really really helpful today. As soon as I came in the store he offered help and provided me with options towards upgrading my cellphone and my plan. I would definitely come back if I need something. Great that you have an associate like Ismael providing great service!

I went into the store in anticipation of having to spend lots of money on a new charger and an adapter. However, employee Ray, educated me on the new features on my phone AND saved me money by advising me on how to use my current chargers. He was very friendly, greeted me with an open door and a smile, and was willing to answer every question I had. Good job.

Katie was incredibly professional and quick! She was able to convey all options price wise and ensured I was taken care of. If I could give her service and assistance 6 stars I would.

The seals girl named Julie is great she's very patient and works well with people. Also I had a problem with my brand new phone I took it back and they're ordering me a brand new one with no problem. Thanks

I went to the store to figure out some insurance issues and I had the privilege to be helped by Issac he was super helpful and patient with me. He spent over an hour of his time on multiple phone calls/being on hold with me, he handled me with my frustrations very well! I highly recommend Issac the rep:)

Katie was absolutely amazing and so helpful. The process was so simple to switch over my account and we never felt pressured at any point. She answered all my questions with ease! Will be going to this ATT again!

The staff at this store is awesome! Farhan, Amaka, Khalid and Melissa were very patient with me and did everything possible to help me with an issue I was having with upgrading my phone. While we have not yet been able to resolve the issue (as it's out of their control), I would definitely recommend them for all of your AT&T needs! Dana was the best representative at the stand alone Arundel Mills AT&T store. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous to all customers present despite being the only employee present.

I made the mistake of getting straight talk again last year, well and behold I ended up losing cell data after my plan refreshed! I've had At&T pay as you go previously and liked it. Farhan was very helpful and personable and got me a new plan in no time!
