I’ve probably left glowing reviews before but they deserve a 5 star daily. Every single person working there are absolute pros at customer service. I would drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here.
Every time I go in there I’m greeted happily. They remember you and treat you like you’re some Vape VIP regardless of how much you spend. Even the owner is incredibly friendly and values every person.
GO THERE AND YOU’LL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Love you guys.
They also have the absolute cutest mods.

A few years ago I gave this place 5 stars and now I wish I could give them 15 more. They've always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I just recently went in thinking my favorite tank was a goner but they got it fixed up for me and I couldn't be more thankful. Not all superheros wear capes, but everyone in this shop should! Thanks guys!

Only place I could find unflavored ejuice. Preston the manager was so friendly and helpful! Also young lady with brunette hair was also super friendly and also very helpful! I explained I was having trouble with my tanks and instead of them trying to sell me something they gave me advice on what could be going wrong to fix the problem! I wanted unflavored juice to mute the flavor of what I already have and I LOVE IT NOW!

If I could give it 10 Starz I would. This store has everything you need literally. If there is a product that most vape stores don't have this one will have it. Not only that. The people there are amazing. THeyre always so friendly and the owner os hands down one of the sweetest men I've ever met. Yall are amazing keep it up. This is the only store I'll shop at to be honest.

This my family right here me and my wife go here all the time to get our vapes and salt nic juices they got the best of the best selection and they treat you like your a friend not just a customer. For all the people saying they are expensive are lying they got the best prices in town on almost everything!

The owner and staff are super friendly. The staff are all very knowledgeable on all their products and very patient with letting you try different flavors and everything else. Highly recommend!!!!

seriously the best vape shop around this area, ive gone to many different ones and this one is the one i definitely go to weekly as my number one! they have so many options and the workers are always very helpful and nice, they even go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you are wanting.

My new favorite vape store in temple. My dad and I brought our brand new mods in and we are new to everything, and they were amazing. They set everything up for us, found us some juice, and were just so knowledgeable, pleasant and actually seemed to care. I love that they seemed to love their jobs and to be thrilled to be helping two more people to quit smoking. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I always enjoy going to valor. At one point I was up there every day! The staff is more like a family then just coworkers! They treat you with smiles on their faces, well most of the time. Lol but they are great people and so is the owner.
