Even when the clerks at CVS are busy stocking shelfs, they do not hesitate for a minute to ask a customer if they need help.

VERY NICE Pharmacist she took time to go and get item I needed from the shelf instead of just telling me where to go SHE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL THANK YOU and today The Young Man Cashier was VERY NICE and VERY HELPFUL

The people there are always so knowledgeable and helpful. They get my prescription orders done so quickly they called me on the phone and home and let me know when they're ready really good people

Workers make the business and Bob was extremely helpful. I was properly greeted when I entered, helped at the register, and then thanks for my business. A rock solid 5 of 5 stars for Bob's exemplary customer service. Competition is fierce, as there are multiple pharmacy options withing a short driving distance. It was and is worth the stop to patronize this particular CVS, as I have received consistently good service at this location. Cheers to Bob for being an excellent ambassador for CVS. As a pharmacy, I prefer CVS over Walgreens and Walmart. It takes something specialized like a Scott & White pharmacy to compete with this particular CVS. For a quick stop it is leagues beyond any Dollar store for snacks, toiletries, and really over all cleanliness.

Recently, I had an urgent situation regarding prescriptions for my daughter, who had left for a trip abroad without having time to pick up her meds from pharmacies near her university. Janis was extremely helpful in contacting the other pharmacies to have my daughter's scipts sent here, so that I could mail them to her abroad. A few days later, I learned that the meds never made it to my daughter because they were held up in customs. This time we needed to contact the doctors to see if they would refill the prescriptions. Again, Janis was very helpful and understanding. Now my daughter will at least have her meds waiting for her when she returns from her tip! The other staff members were also helpful Thank you!

Friendly staff at front desk. Very clean and well maintained store at convenient location near Scott and White medical center, most lodging locations and laso not far from another major medical center belongs to Veterans affairs, located at junction of 31st street and Loop road.

The staff is always friendly and they always go the extra mile to make your shopping trip a positive experience, in my opinion so refreshing! I am in here often and it is always easy navigate, and shelves are always tidy!

Kristy is so sweet and super helpful. I was in and out for everything I needed! It was quick. :) will return again!

Looking for snacks and I was amazed at the Selection. Four rows of chips, dips, nuts, candy and chocolate!

I was using another drug store before I tried CVS. The prices on prescriptions are so much cheaper. I will be staying with CVS.

I don't know why people rate this low .Staff always nice and hours are good. So is selection.
