They always have new scents as well as old favorites. This is a great place to do Christmas shopping.

It's a regular BBW store just like anybody else. What I like is that they give me some space to go shopping

I like the fact they are not inside a mall. Being out in strip mall makes easy for me to just go and get things.

Who doesn’t LOVE some BBW candles and scents? This store was lovely, and so were the staff. Upon entering you’re greeted by a staff member and immediately asked if you need help finding anything. Me, being the stubborn person I am, said no thanks and began to stock up on candles. After a minute or so, the woman came to my aide with a big box to start stashing the candles in as she saw me struggling. As a customer, I really appreciated it. It shows me not only is she friendly, but she’s attentive, proactive, and a hard worker..

Staff was very friendly, especially the lady greeting you as soon as you walk in the door. I found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you and God bless. Happy Holidays!

On 01/03 I placed an online order for pick up. Im sitting at work and I get an email that someone picked up my order!! And it was not me and I hadn’t placed anyone else on the order for pick up. So I called the store and after arguing with one of the workers who kept a telling me she couldn’t do anything and that they just let someone take my order because she knew my name she put on the manager Anna. Anna was understanding and able to explain the situation to me. She assured me that no one had specifically used my name or information or order number (aka no one had access to my email or private info). She put aside three more of the items i had ordered for me to pickup. I went that day to pick up my order and she even threw in an extra chapstick!! I couldn’t be more thankful to her for resolving my issue. Thank you so much Anna! You’re the best!!

3 wonderful ladies helped me today and I left there with more then I was expecting to leave with. I didn't get the ladies names but they were ALL very friendly very informative and made sure I was happy with all that I had. Thank you ladies

My favorite store to go to. Amazing fragrances and a lot of inventory. But the most amazing thing about this store is their biggest asset; the people! All the ladies here are nice, helpful and kind. My daughtet Victoria loves to go there and she is only 18 months old. Love this place

Ms. Elvy, an employee at B&BW is amazing! She has such a welcoming experience and was patient with me as I counted my items and decided between scents. She has an upbeat personality and I just want to make sure she was recognized for top tier customer service!

Employees are so nice and helpful. Store is also very clean and has good selection. I love that there is an option to buy online and pick up even though it’s limited, it’s a start!

The store is well stocked with everything you may be looking for at this time of the year. The staff is courteous and friendly. The store can be a little tight but thanks to the pleasant atmosphere it wasn't a problem getting around.

I absolutely love BBW fragrances!!! My most recent FAV over the holidays was Winter Peach Marshmallow!! After the new year, I decided to order the body lotion and two candles (bc I LOVE candles) of that fragrance…just make sure you don’t use match sticks cuz it ruins the scent lol. I used a regular match and it smells awesome now!I I highly recommend WINTER PEACH MARSHMALLOW…it’s gorgeous!!❤
