Circle K

Almost every time I come here which is quite often to purchase gas or coffee or use the restroom I hear upon entry, "welcome to Circle K." I am greeted by a cashier and if coffee is needed they make some fresh coffee. The restroom is always clean. I appreciate the friendly and courteous service! Also, even though the Shell gasoline sold here is a Top Tier gasoline and better for vehicles, it is usually the lowest prices on the Island.

Hello SSI! I would like to invite you all to stop in and see us. We have been going through a lot of changes here lately as most businesses are. We are reinforcing everything that worked as well as reevaluating everything that we have room for improvement on. There are still basic things that are worked on daily as well as manpower and more in-depth issues that we are developing an improved long term strategy for. If you have been in over the last three months or so I am sure you noticed all of the work going on both inside as well as outside of the store. I always want to hate this gas station. The store never has what I want and the drinks in the cooler always seem warm, but it’s always one of the two cheapest gas stops on the island.

Slupree machine. Wet. Friendly cashier.

This station is no longer a Shell station. That means 2nd string non Top Tier fuel. Inferior gas and diesel sold at branded fuel prices. Steer clear.

False pricing in their drink section, questioned cashier about price of orange juice... In the cooler it was priced at 1.89, it came up 2.26 on her cash. When I questioned the price, she told me that she had to charge what the what it came up. In every store I've ever been to if the price of the product is listed, it overrides the cash price. This is done to prevent false advertising.....

Don't normally stop here but traffic was backed up so I figured why not. 5:30 on Wednesday march 21st... Cashier on the phone and replied "mmmhmm" twice as if I was an inconvenience.

Fuel rewards card never works at the pump. Friendly personnel. Clean establishment.

Went in to buy a 2 bags of ice, monsters, some Benadryl & a black & mild. Cashier refused to sell my wife a black and mild after she asked for one because she was getting me the wrong thing & my son corrected her on what I wanted. Then refused service to my wife for the other $40 worth of stuff she had on counter. Then refused to allow me ir my father to purchase anything in store as well. Lady was out of like and even started cussing & making racial comments towards my wife. Will no be doing any business with them evwr in future!

I went to this location on the afternoon of Monday, May 6th. Upon getting out of my truck, I was struck by just how dirty the parking lot was. Not just messy, but deeply grimy and uncleaned. I could not get the card reader at the pump to work so I had to go inside to pay (which, it turns out, was the best thing about the visit). After using the nasty bathroom (I tried to report it with a text per the directions on the mirror, but the text would not go through) and then paid for and pumped just 10 gallons of diesel before driving the short distance home. When I started my truck this morning, it ran horribly, running very rough and belching out white smoke. Fearing I had gotten some bad fuel, I purchased an additional 10 gallons from a competitor and the truck eventually started to run smoother. I called the location to inform them that they were selling poor diesel and was immediately told by the assist manager that I was wrong.....no room for discussion. Well, I have a very well cared for (some would say pampered) diesel truck. I know what poor fuel (water contaminated or old) does to performance. Do yourself a favor, head up north or south on Frederica Rd. to purchase deisel from other shops. They may be a touch more expensive, but your engine is clearly worth the extra 50 cents or so.
