AT&T Store

Was greeted at the store by a young lady almost instantly. She was able to answer all our question and we were out of there in about 15 minutes.

This AT&T was great help ! All the staff was awesome. Easy and quick. Even though there were some disturbances from a very rude customer, they handled everything very profesional, respectful, and kept calm. Angel, who was helping us, was the utmost best. He explained every clearly and made sure we understood the changes we were making. Definitely recommend this AT&T, I will be coming back here and with Angel for further inquiries and changes.

Had such a great and easy experience with Nora, and the rest of the staff in this store. Was in and out within 30 minutes with a brand new phone. Shout out to the staff member that helped me by finding the specific phone I was looking for. Finally, Nora was super personable and helpful. Bought an iPad for my mom for Christmas with Nora at the AT&T in Carter Square in Kendall. Nora was very professional with GREAT customer service and explained the breakdown on my bill to the point since it was an additional device on my account. I recommend going to Nora she will take good care of you.

I got a new iPhone 14 plus and a plan with Nora. She is the best, Helped us in all steps to setting up the new phone. I recommend going to the store and looking for her.

Just wanted to let you know that Hector Sanchez, and Massiel at this store have gone above and beyond to help me get a new phone. At&T headquarters is a hot mess and I can tell you if it wasn’t for them I would of never been able to get my new phone working.
