Love this place. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products in store..or that may be coming in. Can't beat the prices on Jordans here. The clothes are great and there is always a deal going on. Highly recommend.

The young lady at the register was really nice. The online return wasn’t so simple with the packaging slips but she managed to get it all settled … I got a store credit but I already knew that was gonna happen.
The sales guy on the floor was very friendly too they both greeted me when I walked in.
Oh and the young lady went in the back to turn the music down :-)

I shop here exclusively for my growing boy's shoes. Very affordable and so many styles!

I love the outlet not the store, next door dtlrstore can go to hell as far as I'm concern🤷‍♀...but any who Ms Toya helped me and she was nice. She did an even exchange one some shoes that were too small I bought online. But I do wanna say this if you're buying online and pick up at the store ... thus need to return shoes for an exchange please go to the warehouse side. Don't be bother going to the store side, *without the guard * which is next door to the warehouse. The workers in the store side are lazy and don't want to work . Soo to save the Hassel and go to the outlet for exchanges or returns🤷‍♀they much nicer and considerate 🥂.

Good morning DTLR family, I was in your store about 6 days ago. And I bought like five pairs of shoes. I love coming to your store because you always have what I need. The prices are so good and I can get what I really like. I bought some belts my son loved it. I also bought me some Fila shoes that made me happy. These are my go-to shoes for comfort. They had a very wide selection I would have bought more but I was on a budget. I will be back to buy some more shoes before winter come. You had a nice selection of shoes t-shirts and pants as well. But I was trying to stay on task and just get the shoes that I needed. / Wanted. The ladies were helpful and they also asked that I need help. I just needed time to make sure I got the right ones I wanted. So at the end I did by five pairs three sneakers and two Boots. Which were all for myself which I was saying it was treat me day . So thank you for having things in stock and thank you for the kind people that were there that day. That is my go-to store when I need some shoes. For those who are looking for something that is affordable. Comfortable and just want to be you please go to DTLR and shop until you drop. Five stars well deserved and the store with meat so I will give that five stars as well thank you DTLR family. Signed Beatrice

Went there for kids Jordan's- the young man that helped us was not only very helpful and did his job well, but he went out of his way to give my 10 year old shy nephew advice on dealing with other kids his age, individuality and style... thank you! :)

This store is nice and clean and has helpful staff as soon as you walk through the door. They have nice up to date merchandise. The store is a lil cramped though. It's a small little store😊 but you'll find some decent finds here.

Very good prices on quality jeans, and shirts not so much shoe selction in my size though you can really bargain shop for new merchandise lots of deals. I give them the benefit of dount basically they are an outlet that get slow moving merchandise from their other stores and sell it discounted at outlet store in pasadena.

They have good sales, lots of shirts and sweats prices are perfect, if you have lil money.

The service was great. Unfortunately they did not have the size I needed. I picked out a different shoe.

I never got any help from anyone in the store until another employee came from out of nowhere to help me if you don't want to help people don't work in customer service

I went on a snow day . The shelfs weren't stocked as usual but the staff was on point and courteous. They usual get new stock everyday.

The Dtlr outlet in glen burnie has dome nice stuff at great affordable prices , they also take afterpay
