The manager Gabby is very friendly & Super helpful. My husband & I went in for our Appt today & Gabby was great. Helped my husband get a new phone which he desperately needed. She also suggested he register online when we got home for his Military Discount! Thx Gabby. Highly recommend her & this store.

Gabrielle and her staff helped me get a replacement phone since mine wasn't working too well. They have very good customer service, and I like how each of them took their time to help me. They were all very, respectful and I will be going back anytime I need help with either one of my phone's. Thank you, Gabrielle you guys are awesome.

Even though she was swamped with people. Gabriella worked fast and efficiently helping everyone in the store. There wasn't a long wait because she was helping multiple people at the same time and she was very friendly and straight to the point explaining things to you.

As soon as I walked thru the door, I was greeted. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He even came to my car to pair my new phone when I told him I was having a hard time with it. I was very impressed!

I made an appointment to transfer my old phone to a new phone and an hour later I was up and running with no problems! I also got some future savings on my Verizon bill.

The lady assisting me knew her product and was very professional when she assisted me with my issue of signing on to my verizon account. She was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

I visited this store the other day and it is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. All the employees were really welcoming and friendly - especially the manager Tia. The place has a nice and homey feel and kind of smelled the way my family house used to growing up, making it such a comfortable environment to thrive in. Tia was able to hook me up with the exact phone and phone plan that I wanted and explained everything I needed to know beautifully. My time with her didn't feel rushed at all and felt that she would spend the whole day with me if I needed. I have been having such a hard month lately due to recent family events and being at the store with Tia and the other employees was the first time I have ever been happy this year. I hope Verizon is able to employee new hires under the same standards that they used when hiring Tia because this company would soar even higher.

The service at this location is fantastic. We went in on two separate occasions and Abraham and Alex gave the best customer service I have ever experienced at a cell phone store. We ended up purchasing three new Samsung S10e phones. They helped us set everything up on the new phones and transfer everything over from our old phones. We even ended up keeping them way past closing time and they never once seemed frustrated that they had to stay late. So impressed with the service. We will definitely be back and telling others about the great service we received from Alex and Abraham!

We’ve had phenomenal customer service at this location with Elisha. He is always transparent about products and is so friendly! He even stayed after his shift to help my grandfather set up his new phone. Eli makes our trips to Verizon fast and stress-free.

My mom went to this location a while back and Tia was extremely helpful. Tia was very kind and patient in taking the time to walk my mom through her new iPhone. So we decided to return to this location to upgrade my phone. Eli helped me out today. He was very professional and knowledgeable with everything from the phone to all the accessories. I’m very appreciative of all his help and making it an easy and painless process.
