My husband and I are the farthest thing from gamers. Decided to get a console for our kids to have something to play on rainy days. Billy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even helping explain some of the games "ratings" so that we would not allow out kids to play a game that is WAY too explicit for our babies. Thank you for all your help

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Really helpful for buying gifts when you're a little lost on what's what.

The best one I ever been to

Billy is awesome! Changed my mind about this place 100 percent. I normally don’t ever really enjoy going into GameStop but as a parent I try to be more involved with my child’s interest. I have been into this location a few times in the past but it was always the same low quality customer service and immature disinterested staff. Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful employee named Billy. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and gave great recommendations for products! He even helped download and update my sons game console so it would work properly. Today I was having some technical issues with the game I purchased and called into the store hoping to get Billy again. Luckily for me he answered and was very willing to help me with my issues. This is a rock star employee and I sure hope he stays with GameStop! Thanks again for your service.

I went here twice for game recommendations for my family for Christmas. Only planned on buying three games. First time I went I purchased 4 the second time I went to return one game (which was a super easy process) and ended up buying 3 more! One recommended game (and the reason for this review) was Gang Beasts which I was really hesitant to buy because honestly it looks stupid. But the guy was super insistent that’s what I needed given the information I gave him. And he was soooo right. I’m really glad I trusted his expert opinion. The kids have never had so much fun playing a game together and I’ve never laughed so hard! I love the guys at this store and I’ll definitely be back.

These employees are saints, the amount of people they handle is impressive. I was in the shop earlier today and had listened in on a customer losing his mind at the poor associate saying they were "dishonest" and was going to report them to their manager, hear him mention the $2 game warranty but the other guy must have selective hearing and claims he didn't hear anything...gave that associate my number so if his boss needs to hear someone defending him I'll do so!

The staff is always helpful when my son is trying to find a new game. He went and printed out a list of all the games that fit what my son was looking for and talked them over with him, helping him decide. They have a large selection of games, amibos and accessories for the switch.

Manager and staff always exceeding in customer service. Their knowledge on games and products is always a great assistance for myself when shopping for others (since I know absolutely nothing about new age games/consoles/products). Manager there is always A+!

Love this Gamestop. My favorite out of all the ones I have been to in the US. Usually prefer to go in when Billy is there, he is by far my favorite employee lol.
I travel all over the US every 2 months for a living, see a lot of Gamestops. A++

A lot of new and used games/ systems to choose from. Any time I've had questions the employees have usually been able to help me out. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion.

Went in a while back for my son to pick a game the woman working that night followed my 7 yr old son around for 30 min. trying to find the right game for him while he could not make up his mind not everyone would have that kind of patience with a 7 year old customer it was much appreciated

They have a very nice store, their employees are super nice and knowledgeable on all the games for the most part and they have really good prices as far as used games go. You can get just about anything you need from the store
