I went in there for the first time this week cause I lost my pen and was looking for a new one. I loved my experience at this shop. The girl named Saina is so sweet and has amazing energy made me feel welcomed (Please give that amazing person a raise) She drew me in almost instantly kinda hypnotized in a way lol and was very knowledgeable with the products she was showing me. Lucky to say I actually found a new favorite pen! Will definitely go back and look for Saina again 🥰

Definitely would refer a friend. Ask for Sai she was knowledgeable of the products and made me feel like she was genuine. She helped me pick the perfect birthday gift for my God mother.

The best customer service from any smoke shop iv been to. Met a lady called Juice who was very friendly, with great energy and super helpful. Thanks, guys 👍👌

I try to write lengthy reviews but sometimes it just isn’t necessary because the service is just that efficient! I went in for a CBD cartridge and they have them at great prices! Customer service was great, they were quick and very attentive so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be back when I need anything else, if you’re in the area check them out!

My husband and I just visited the new Jonesboro rd location and we absolutely love it! Great customer service, nice ambiance and broad variety of accessories for your tobacco needs. Also a custom built humidor for any cigar aficionado. I highly recommend stopping by one of their 2 locations for a true experience.

Went there for cigars. They didn't have the ones I was looking for but I should have called and asked before going. Either way, I found a rare cigar that I wanted to try and the customer service was welcoming right in the door and at check out too.

the water pipe, vapor, eliquid, and wrap selections are second to none. once you come here for the first time you wont bother going else where they just simply have everything you need at a great price. customer service rocks!!

Each time I've been to this location and the Union City location everyone has been helpful and also knowledgeable about their products. The prices aren't bad either.
