Bath & Body Works

One of my favorite places to get hand soaps, car scents, and plug ins for my office. You cannot go wrong. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the new luxury fragrances to try, but it's not a big deal.

As always I enjoyed shopping here. It was even more eventful for me because I took my 9yr old granddaughter and she liked smelling the different fragrances.

One of my favorite Bath and Body Works stores. Mela and her wonderful staff of associates are so helpful and their customer service is top notch. They helped out tremendously during Candle Day Weekend. I'll definitely go back again and again to shop for all my Bath and Body Works products.

My 13 yo loves this place. He could spend hours sniffing all the fragrances.

I absolutely love this store. Theres always sales goin on daily. I have so much now i feel i have a mini store myself. Its easy to sign up.with your email and you will get the sales and coupons almost daily.

I always love going into the store and shopping because the smell itself is so inviting. The atmosphere is calm and the store is clean fresh and they have the most warmest way of greeting you when you walk In the door. I love it.

The ladies here have great customer service. It smells great when you walk in and it's very clean. This location is a little more spacious on the inside. Easier to move around in here. They are smaller than the one at riverside shopping center, so the selection of items aren't as plentiful. They also offer shopping online and picking it up at the store, if you dont want to shop around yourself. Parking is plentiful too.

I love this store! The staff is always friendly, personable, and helpful! Gets crowded on weekends, but this crew will handle it! They make every customer feel special!

I just wanted to say that this bath and body works is awesome! The sales people were great especially Mela she was really attentive in helping us find the right smell goods and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be a frequent shopper at this particular store. Thanks for the great experience!!!!

This will be my selected store from now on. 😀 The associates were super friendly and helpful. Antoine greeted us and assisted us throughout or shopping experience. I found exactly what I needed, no crowds, plenty of inventory to choose from.

LaKeria and Xamayca were AMAZING! Best customer service I’ve had since moving to Georgia. They were kind and remembered my name the whole time I was in the store. They asked what I was looking for and made sure I got my freebies from the sales they were running and not once did they feel pushy or overbearing. I’ll come to this location from this point on just in hopes to shop with them again. I hope this company takes care of them and realizes they are both real gems to have on staff during a time that is so hard to keep good customer service workers.

My favorite bath and body works in Macon. The staff is friendly and bright! Store is cute and organized well. They are welcoming and make sure you’re helped as soon as you step in the store.

Great products with a variety to choose from. They have some descent sales if you sign up for the email notifications you can definately save on certain items they have on special sales.

Great store. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was awesome enough to give me a email exclusive discount in the store. Will definitely return as long as he is working that day!

Nice clean atmosphere employees are generally polite and well informed about products on shelfs, practices social distancing as well smaller facility and requires facial covering for safety.

Always well stocked and friendly service here. Highly recommended for those who like good-smelling things.
