What a cute place! The open space design in the store combine with the tasty BBQ sandwich and the amazing Butter coffee - people relaxed and become happy again!!
Several people from my office came here for a birthday party. It was after a long stressful week and more pressure was presented to us that day. However, the good food and nice environment in this store allowed us to temporarily forgot the pressure and really enjoyed the moment. Kids had a great time playing outside. The weekend live music is great!!

The Bbq was so good i ate before i could take a picture. Absolutely great food here. Good tea and Reverse osmosis water for drinking. They have beer taps and have Kombucha for everyone who enjoys them as well. 1st time we stopped here after passing by a ton and we will be back to continue more great taste bud experiences. Extremely pleased and left full.

This place is so underrated! Eric makes amazing food and is very passionate about everything he serves. You'll find BBQ, craft beer (sourced from local Texas breweries), kombucha on tap, coffee, live music, and brand new TVs for watching the game. This is my favorite hangout. There's even an outside area with benches, which is especially helpful for those with kids.

I love Troy General Store, the owners are nice people. It is a great venue for different musicians, food trucks, and just a place to hang out. I recommend their popcorn, Dublin sodas, fresh produce, coffee, easy meals and lastly the Pancake and Waffle mix. I will only use their mix from now on, it produces beautiful, tasty, fluffy, waffles and Pancakes with a light cinnamon
flavor.

Goodness this place is AH-MAZING!!! They are so reasonably priced, the Keto brisket bowl blew my mind and I am not like a "Keto" person. The sausage, corn casserole, all of it is soooo good. Honestly not a single item was a fail. EVERYTHING is so good!!!The server Mary is friendly and kind and simply wonderful. The actual location /building is literally a hundred years old and gorgeous. The owner Eric came out, shook our hand and thanked us!!! I would be here daily if I could. Its fantastic!

This place is so cool. It’s seriously an old store that still looks old but way nice. They serve local food that is legit good. I had the turkey pesto panini and my husband had the Reuben panini. Kids loved it too. They actually shared food so they could try each other’s. Stop here if you’re headed north or south on 35 Bc it’s right off the freeway and 100x better than chain food.

Great little niche, family oriented with live music, and multiple panic table setting areas, while you listen. Organic food and drinks, along with dark and pale beer on tap. Plenty of parking and just being open a few weeks now, is gaining popularity quickly.

The best is that they carry fresh vegetables from local farmers. Most of the merchandise is from local people. It's like an old store used to be. My favorite is the beer is from local brewery. Plus! Outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Emily.

So glad I finally stopped in! Delicious bbq, beer on draft and peach mint kombucha. Best chopped beef sandwich I've ever had and friendly owners / staff. It's worth your time to try it!

Coming from Austin, I have been spoiled by all the local, organic, "farm fresh" restaurants around town. Troy General Store is a cut above all of them. Order anything off the menu--every single item is delectable. Truly made-from-scratch, farm-fresh ingredients. Worth a stop for some amazing food if you are traveling I-35!

I must stop place on your way in or out of town. Reasonable prices, specialty items & great staff. Locals love it & out of towners can appreciate its great food and small town dining experience

Great food, good beer on tap, great service and awesome coffee. My wife and I enjoy going in for sandwiches and just to hang out.

Best barbecue in the Temple/Belton area. Pulled pork is my fav. Support local small business 🙂
