Reighlyn was the best part of the experience going to AT&T. She went above and beyond to help us with our problems and upgrades. She was superb and we appreciate her for everything. Thank you.

The assistant manager Dakota is so personable and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the various phones and plans, which helped us make final decisions on what we wanted. He really sought to make our experience great! I don’t regret any of my purchases and I am extremely happy with the service at this store. Super happy customer! This will always be my go to store.

Actually purchased a phone in Florida. I didn't get it setup in Florida because of time restraints. I stopped in at the store on Airport highway in holland and met William F. Although he didn't make the sale, he was more than helpful setting up the phone. He treated me professionally and did an excellent job.

Its good to see people that do a complete job and do it well.

The guy at the store with the hot dog tattoo was awesome. He helped me resolve all of my issues. I will never call the store again...he is definitely my guy to go to. AIRPORT HWY baby..5 star review!!

Reighlyn helped us so much and made the experience so wonderful!! 10/10 recommend having her as your store rep! She’s so helpful and fun! Loved everything about her! Thanks for making our experience better, because I was nervous to go into the ATT store with our broken phones but Reighlyn was so helpful and amazing!!

Adam and Josh assisted me with purchasing a new phone. They explained all my options and answered my many questions. I left the store pleased with my purchase. Also the store was clean and they had sanitizer available. I highly recommend this store along with Adam and Josh.

Dakota and Alicia are by far two of the best employees my wife and I have ever met. We were in there for 3 hours (simply because I had too many files to transfer from my old phone to my new one) and we had the experience of not only witnessing them address nice customers, but rude ones as well. If you have ever had a bad experience at any other AT&T, go to this one!!

The staff here work quickly and efficiently! They were very kind and helpful. Both Dakota and Adam R. assisted my sister and I with purchasing new phones and they gave us all the information we needed!

Finally decided to upgrade my iPhone today. Kevin was great. He listened to exactly what I wanted and took care of everything. He didn’t try to pressure me into any extra services, which I really appreciate! Will definitely go to this location again!

Adam, the hotdog tattoo guy, helped my family and I’m so thankful. We’ve finally left Verizon and switched over to AT&T. We originally ordered our phones on 11/30/2020. One phone came the other two were in limbo somewhere, it was just a mess.
I am not happy with AT&T at all....... The customer service is awful at one time I had 5 different orders waiting to be delivered, and no one said anything.
I’ve called so much that my husband and daughter was so frustrated, that they made me hang up the phone and we just drove to the nearest AT&T store, and that’s when we met Adam. We were in the store all most three hours. He did not have to do as much as he did and we are so grateful. He was making phones calls and he told us how many phone orders that was open and never closed. Anyway.....

Best service ever. Mohamed was awesome helped me ever step of the way in getting and setting up my new phone and phone numbers.
Adriana went especially out of way by locating and driving to pickup the case and screen protector I needed for my new phone. Have been a loyal ATT customer for over 20 years and with service like this I will continue to use and recomend them.
