Hayes Shoes-Murfreesboro

My boyfriend and I went to Hayes Shoes today because he needed a new pair of work boots. He came in with a long list of needs and a only 2 preferences. He needed boots that are slick resistant, waterproof, fire resistant, oil resistant, and a safety toe. He also mentioned he did not want steel toe, he wanted taller lace ups, and he needs them in size 12 wide. To most stores this product would be hard to come by but within 5 minutes of us being in the store the saleswoman found him exactly what he wanted. It’s safe to say we didn’t spend more than 10 minutes in the store. Definitley recommend!

I bought a pair of shoes here but they didn’t have the color I wanted so I returned them the next day. I was told that my cash purchase would have to be refunded by company check (which my receipt had clearly stated, so I was expecting this) which should come by mail in three days (this part I was not expecting...I thought they would write me a check at the store, not mail it to me from another state). Long story short, eight days later I finally got the check. So, don’t pay in cash!!! However, the guy that manages the store was super friendly and did his best to work with me while I was waiting on my return check. He was polite, professional, and empathetic. So...a couple of weeks later, I took my mother in to buy her a pair of shoes. Sarah was the lady who helped us and she took great care of us. My mother got a quality pair of shoes that she says fit her like a glove. Thanks Hayes!

Amazing service, great selection. Came in with a voucher for the company I worked for to get some new boots and they sorted everything out swiftly. Definitely a recommended store to look for work boots.

I came there looking for a pair of boots to wear to work every day the lady at the counter was extremely helpful constantly offering to pull boots for me from the back to try on and offering her opinion on them,very nice excellent representation of true customer service, offering to help without me even asking great price and lots of choices
