Kelly was wonderful! I am new to Wild Birds Unlimited, but this is twice in a row I have had a wonderful experience and I will be a long time customer! They are very knowledgeable and polite.

Visiting this store was such a pleasant experience. I was given a thorough overview of all the birdhouse and bird-feed options without any kind of pushiness to go with one way or the other. No doubt I’ll be back. 🙂

I absolutely love this store. The set up makes it easy to find what I need and is very appealing as well. All of the staff are amazing! They have the best customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products and Maryland birds in general. I will be a loyal customer for many years to come.

Very knowledgeable staff. I am new to feeding birds and they were able to give very detailed info. They have very cute things as well. Consider shopping her for Christmas gifts for almost anyone on your list.

My 8-year old daughter asks to visit this shop with me because the knowledgeable staff will happily answer all of her questions about birds. Every time we shop we learn something new. I feel like a valued customer and the employees always take time to share their advice. Every store should strive for this level of customer service. I am so happy to have this shop in our neighborhood--we also appreciate the fun events about raptors, owls and other birds that are offered throughout the year.

The store is clean, organized and well stocked for our feathered bird friends. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I received GREAT customer service during my visit. Stop by and check them out. I highly recommend. 🙂
