The LEGO® Store Woodfield Mall

Like any other LEGO store I've taken my 6-year-old boy to, always a fun experience. I love the look on his face whenever we enter one of these stores.

This location in the largest shopping mall in IL was super busy during Black Friday and my son & I waited in line for roughly 20 minutes to be let in since COVID practices are in effect.

Customer service remains top notch like any other location with an ultra friendly & helpful staff, store is kept very clean & sanitized and always a good solid selection for my boy to choose from.

Really cool store. There are different places to interact with Lego itself, and even more fully built Lego sets. The atmosphere is very friendly and safe.

This place is a dream come true for some children and adults! There are dozens and dozens of different sets at this location. I saw sets I've never even heard of, like the "Friends" where the lego characters look more realistic, and there there was "Ninjago" which looks absolutely stunning with all the detail!

Customer service was very good here too. They were very knowledgeable about all of the product sets and even told us they put them together as well, I didn't even know that was a thing. We were allowed to touch some of the display items behind the plexiglass, they have a special TV that when you hold us a set it shows you what it looks like, although this TV wasn't working while we visited.

Since we visited during the holiday shopping season there was a line to get into the store, I am not sure if there's a line any other time, however, the line guiding retractable strips had lego characters so it was a bit fancier than a temporary setup.

I was a bit surprised that they didn't have any deals for Christmas, since Legos are a bit expensive I would have thought they would have had some kind of special deal. Then again, since they have lines to get in they probably don't need to have a special draw for customers.

We bought a couple of Minecraft sets on our visit and a small hollow Lego box. I didn't think the small box was good idea until I realized that we can keep the smallest of pieces in there for safe keeping. :-)

Most LEGO stores are the same, this one is the same as all the others. But what is nice about that is it meets expectations and you know exactly what is offered. The people working there were knowledgeable and very customer service oriented.

Great place for my Lego builder fanatics! My husband and children enjoy the Lego store and find exactly what they need. Their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Wife and I went here the day after our wedding to build Legos together. Loved it and will come back!

Small store but huge selection. Staff is very nice. If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask. They will help.

Awesome spot.. Unfortunately a little smaller of a store, so sold out of a lot of LEGO.

Very clean store, easy to navigate even with a lot of shoppers. The store is very well lit with a large variety of in-stock building sets for young children up to older enthusiasts. The employees are knowledgeable and very happy to assist and provide recommendations. Overall, great experience and have been back multiple times over the years.

The store still has many sets not available online. They are doing a line and limiting how many people are in the store so be prepared to wait but it's actually nice having so few people to look around when shopping.

Went into the Lego store inside the mall and have a great experience since the welcoming at the entrance and at the store looking all the displays they have and also we were offered a sheet to find egg shaped legos for “egg hunt “ which was entertaining for the kids they got some stickers and after all the enjoyed the time collecting pieces to build their 3 doll set for 9.99
So no bad experiences.

The staff is friendly, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. My children had a pleasant interaction with Daniel K. Whom checked our purchases.

Great store with lots of Legos! Took my daughter and 2 of her friends, we were looking around for close to an hour. The staff was very attentive and tried to give everyone a good experience.

Adorable. Went with my kids when they were 4 years old during a field trip. Love the sculptures and buildings as well as the little Lego store inside.

Really amazing service! Everyone greets you with a smile, which is nice to see after everything going on. They are very attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me find a few special lego pieces I needed. I had come in closer to closing time but they were just as helpful and friendly as if I had been the first customer of the day. There are closer stores but I will choose to come to this one because of the service I received.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Peter and the team did a great job helping me and my kids find our kits we wanted. The experience was great, wish I had saved money and not gone to the discovery center and just spent it at the store in the mall. Thanks guys!
