Manager Mr. Rose provided me with exceptional customer service on a product issue I had and completing my replacement.

And Vicky in deliveries could not have been more helpful and kind.

This is a very nice home depot. The parking lot is not the best, I almost got hit when I was parking by the main entrance, so I suggest parking on the side or near the back. The staff here is very helpful. I went in looking for birdseed and the person I asked in the garden section was very nice and knew exactly where it was and gave me very clear instructions. They also have cute plants, so of course I picked up a cheap plant to go with my birdseed and feeder. It's hard to resist! I really was only in the garden section, but everything looks well stocked and organized. The garden section had a large variety of beautiful flowers as well. This isn't the closest home depot to my house, but I would gladly return when I'm in the neighborhood.

We went today to buy River Rocks. This has always been my go to store for Spring Landscaping. They have a nice garden center with many beautiful plants and flowers.

Love going to different HD stores to see how they operate. Very nice and customer service was awesome

So I've been trying to redo a house exterior to get it on the market, and if it wasn't for Ron being an absolute star it wouldn't have happened. He's helped me with advice, suggestions on wood and really knows everything you need. I even had to come back twice just before closing and he was kind enough to help me out.

I've never really been a home improvement guy, but wow. Just absolutely blown away with the service. Great store, very pleased with my customer experience here.

There was one line for self check out, which was pretty long but moved really quickly. There was a staff member informing customers on when to move up. Some customers complained about the line but seriously, it was really backed up and I was only in line for not even 2 minutes. Staff was helpful when I was lost and couldn't find something. Beautiful poinsettias. Some great deals on lighting too.

Purchased my new washer and dryer from Home Depot and I am ver satisfied with my purchase and the assistance I received from the store associate. Home Depot does a very good job at assisting customers with these types of large item purchases. I have bought almost all of my large appliances from Home Depot. I am also very satisfied with their warranties. I had to use it during a power surge when both my washer and dryer were fried. I was so glad I had that warranty to replace them.

I always find what I'm looking for or something that will come almost exactly close to what I want and it always seems to work out for the best so I give them good ratings I like home Depot

Let me tell you, Home Depot is the bee's knees when it comes to hardware stores. I mean, have you ever walked into a Home Depot and not felt like you were in the presence of greatness? It's like the angels of DIY themselves descended from the heavens and blessed this place with their divine tools and materials.

And speaking of tools, have you seen the selection at Home Depot? It's like they have every tool known to man, plus some that probably haven't even been invented yet. I mean, do I need a 17-piece hex key set with extra-long arms? Probably not, but the fact that I can buy one at Home Depot makes me feel like a total boss.

But it's not just about the tools at Home Depot, it's about the sheer size of the place. I'm pretty sure I could get lost in there for days and survive off nothing but sawdust and pipe fittings. And the layout? It's like a hardware store labyrinth, but instead of a minotaur, you'll find a friendly employee who will gladly help you find what you're looking for.

And let's not forget about the lumber section. Is it weird that I like to hang out there just to smell the wood? It's like a woody aroma that just fills me with joy. Plus, it's fun to pretend I know what I'm doing and pick out a random piece of lumber, even if I have no idea what I'm going to use it for.

So, if you're in the market for some tools, materials, or just a good whiff of lumber, head on down to Home Depot. It's a magical place where dreams are made of sawdust and hex keys.

Would like to give kudos to Kristie Anderson of the Ordnance Rd Home Depot. I went first to Best Buy, left after 1 hour when no one offered to help me buy a microwave and mini-fridge. Am I glad I did! Kristie and Zach spent at least an hour (while helping others with minor assistance), helping me pick out what I was looking for and helping to arrange delivery while saving me money. I really appreciate such dedication to Home Depot as well as customer satisfaction! And a sense of humor did not hurt either! 👍👍👍👍👍!

Always my go to place. Isles could be cleaner at the Glen Burnie store. Usually stocked up, but lately the products have been slim as stocking from the store has slowed. Many items are on pallets at the top of the racks and few items are where people can grab them.

I don’t think you know how much you made a difference today in my experience. You’re calm demeanor and thoroughness was truly appreciated! Everything you need for your house is at the home Depot. Friendly staff up front but good luck finding anyone to help you if you don't know what you're looking for. As usual you are the customer and customer service..

Very nice and helpful employees. My wife asked where something was and he told her to wait here and went and got what she wanted. Interacted with several employees and they were all not only helpful but pleasant to deal with. Definitely a 10 star.
