I’m visiting Ohio and in the process I needed to restock on some necessities from Ulta. I was helped by a beautiful young woman named Emma and she “left no crumbs”!!!!! Not only was she absolutely patient with me and my children, she even went as far as to get my daughter involved with my visit to keep her at peace. As Emma assisted with all of my product selection she also suggested some other products I don’t normally purchase but today; I did! Ulta did great by hiring her!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in looking for a good quality brow gel. In the past, I have used the Morphe Supreme Brow Sculpting & Shaping Wax and I honestly was NOT have a good experience with it. I was assisted by a gentleman name Mikel and let me tell you, he was amazing!!! I asked him about what was the best brow gel and he immediately, without hesitation, suggested the 24-HR Brow Setter Clear Eyebrow Gel with Lamination Effect Mini. He literally showed me how easy it was to apply in store which was very helpful. I was so excited to use it that when I got to my car, I tried it right in the parking lot in my sun visor mirror. Mikel was just really helpful and made my experience so much easier. We even had a small conversation about other things besides makeup!

I had to leave almost all my things behind to get out of a bad situation, including my makeup, which I’ve always used as an outlet. I worked until I had enough spending money to come get myself a full set of everything I needed. The amount of options were overwhelming and some things I wanted were hard to find (not the stores fault. I have a weird style) but the girl working there was sooo helpful and friendly. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. I left with better products than I originally picked out, especially this Kyle brand mascara, it’s EVERYTHING! I feel like an actual person again

One of my favorite places to shop. I have never been disappointed the sales clerks are very knowledgeable and always seem to guide me to the product that works for me best The shop is always clean neat and tidy everything and its place and have all the top brands under one roof what's not to love....

Mikel's customer service was exceptional! Very friendly and took great enjoyment helping to color match me and offer me a variety of product suggestions that were tailored to my tone and health of my skin.

I had a Happy Returns issue that I did not notice until today which was several days after dropping my order off at the Easton location to be returned to the original merchant. Upon calling I spoke with Brittany who was very empathetic of the situation, she was able to rectify the issue and called back to follow up. I appreciate that kind of customer service!

Michelle in Fragrance was so helpful! She guided us to the best scent for our needs, and even called around to other stores in the area when it turned out hers didn’t have a bottle. We’ll definitely go back.

My main goto for makeup needs..no need to go to the malls to get what I need. I can get it all here and everyone is always happy to assist..

Mikel at the Easton location was great helping my daughter find the right makeup. Very patient and knowledgeable.

Had my first cut at an Ulta Salon this week and it was a great experience! Not only did I not have to book months in advance, but I was able to have same day service; Amazing! Aleksandra C . was super sweet, a great stylist, and did a fantastic job on my hair. She was very accommodating of my complete lack of hair knowledge and even offered a touch up if I felt like I needed to change anything!

Came to this location looking for curly hair products right after a subpar experience at the Polaris location some days ago. This is a fairly busy store but I was still greeted instantly by a welcoming male. I was not hovered over and only asked where the hair section was at first to try and figure out products on my own this time. After some minutes I was then greeted by a girl with gorgeous blonde colored curls who was kind and down to earth. She suggested some brands and even tho one of the brands were above my price range I went ahead and bought the Ouidad hair mask upon her recommendation and I LOVE IT for my daughter and I. I also bought The Pattern to try as a conditioner and wash set.
Employees seem to enjoy their job and helping no matter how many questions you have. A light atmosphere.

This store offers good products at affordable prices. The staff was very helpful, and kind. I did not feel judged or out of place at all. I wish I could say the same for all other beauty stores.

Jade, the cashier was the most helpful human there ever was. The item I was trying to get was out of stock on the shelf but the count/ website said there were 2 left. They called to have the back checked and when the person back there couldn’t find they went out to search themselves. It ultimately wasn’t there so we ordered online to have it delivered at my house but I really appreciate the effort. Great customer service

Jake Textor in the Hair Salon was awesome! This was my first time using their salon services for hair, and I'm so grateful Jake was able to get me in. I called from the parking lot on a whim to see if they had any openings for a walk-in, and the person who answered (Jake) said, "Yes, if you were to be here in the next five minutes." I said I would be there in 30 seconds, and the beautification ritual began. I love the cut and the styling he did. I've never loved a haircut so this was a new experience. Jake is my new permanent stylist!

Hands down my favorite place to shop for my wife during the holidays. I’m a stereotypical male, knowing nothing about makeup. But, every time I come here I’m welcomed and helped. The staff always finds anything I can’t and they make my experience even more enjoyable!
Todays MVP is Liz, she found 3 Items that are brand new and hadn’t been put on the floor yet. She dashed to find them in the back and to my surprise she found all 3 shades! Thank you, to everyone here!

This location is by far the best. I have been to 3 other locations, all of which are good stores. However, This location is the best. The girls are always friendly and willing to assist. One specific lady, (I do not recall her name but she is tall, dark skin, short hair) has the best personality and speaks to you as if you are her bff. The checkout line is always fast and efficient and the people working there never give you attitude for returning purchased items. I recently had my hair done at their salon. So, my personal experience was not what I had imagined, but I wouldn't say it was a deterrent either. My hair turned out great and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Just keep in mind, The girls get paid commission so they will try to upsell you. So really think about what they are asking you and do not hesitate to ask the price of what they are upselling.

Alexsandra, who is a Master Stylist is extractly that and more! Extremely professional and does an excellent job, I have received so many compliments I feel 10 years younger! Thank you Alex

I love Ulta!! They have the best point system too and if you have their credit card you can earn even more back to spend on other purchases. They always have everything I need or use minus the OlaPlex system and Inkey List, both of which I love but only at Sephore which I never go too.

Is now my go to place for my face care. They literally have products to fit every budget, and they work beautifully. My skin has really been looking amazing and I'm loving it😁😁

They use to be very rude like 6 months ago but I like the staff a lot better now they are more friendly and helpful. I also love the new products they have brought in the store. The store always is clean and on point.
