I still enjoy the store and most of what I said in my original review stands true and would hate to take any stars away, but one thing lately that I dislike is the fact for 3d printing they used to carry esun products which were great, as well as American filaments which leaves MUCH to be desired both in its terms of quality and variety of colors only offering the most basic colors and few pla+ options. esun which had a much larger variety and better quality, was one of the main reasons I would come in and buy a few packs. With A.Filament not as sought after after failed prints. But now its all they carry and outside pc work or a part here and there I have little reason to come in for 3d supply's now.

A great store hidden away in a little corner. Had it not been for the radio ads or a quick google search one afternoon looking for filament I may have never thought to try the store out. Great friendly staff and a ton of products for your pc buying/building needs. They carry a variety of products parts to full builds. The store also has a quite atmosphere where it is not overly busy all the time leading to a more pleasant shopping experience. They can even "sometimes" order specific parts for you but only in the sense it is an item that they could order multiple of and actually sell them so just do not try to go in looking for a special order of a one off part. But otherwise I am glad I came across the store.

The process to register and qualify as a newly licensed amateur radio operator and therefore to be able to purchase a QRZ-1 was easy and fast. I subsequently purchased some additional equipment, and that process was also effortless involving the availability of what I wanted as well as shipping. My inquiry of what adapter cable to buy was answered quickly, so I could order the additional equipment without delay.

Bought a IC-7300 from these guys back in 2018. Still love my purchase and Gigaparts was fantastic as far as the buying experience! Looking to buy a FTDX-10 soon from them!

GigaParts is awesome. I have been buying my amateur radio gear from them for about two years. They are excellent to buy from with their customer service team. Good prices, good inventory and fast shipping. My recent purchase was the new Shackmaster 500 Power Supply. I ordered it just before Christmas and it arrived today. I hooked it up to my station and it works perfectly. An amazing state of the art power supply.

Took my PC there this week to get an issue I was having fixed and they fixed it to where it works perfectly. Couldn’t recommend more. Super quick turn around as well.

One of the best online location for all you Amateur Radio Gear. I have been this company for many years. GigaPart.Inc is a shining example for customer service and attention to detail.

We went in to check on the pre-built PCs, came out with two adjustable cougar standing desks, 2 2TB nvme, and a dual-monitor desk mount.

Julian was professional, responsive, and laid back and entertained every single one of our questions, no matter how far-fetched they were. We never felt pressured or rushed when we stopped in near close, nor when we accidentally held him past his break (sorry about that!).

We always preferred to get our parts or computer related components local and appreciated the convenience of having a store in Huntsville that readily carries many of the items we otherwise would've needed to source online.

10/03/2023: I dropped off a computer for repairs. They were extremely nice. I'll update when I have more information.

10/06/2023: I picked up the computer today. The computer is working perfectly. The hard drive was corrupt. They went above and beyond, trying to get the computer back to the same appearance it was for my elderly mother. They even turned it on when we picked it and allowed her the opportunity to request changes.

As a new Ham, this has been a great company to deal with for online purchases. Great products, excellent value, and quick shipping make purchases from GigaParts a no brainer.

Excellent service, Very fast shipping. So far, had no issues with anything I've ordered. Contact and talk to someone right away. That's a plus.

In-stock orders are shipped and received quickly, usually within a few days. Have never had a problem with an order. Prices very competitive.

I loved the staff, they were very helpful with me getting an ssd at an amazing price, the layout of everything made sense and i loved the flight simulator in the corner. (There used to be a vr demo in the middle of the store which was cool too) the computers there looked amazing and were priced reasonably and would definitely recommend Gigaparts for anyone wanting to buy a pc or parts for one. Thank you for the awesome experience all just going computer part shopping. I wish I could work here.

Purchased all of my swr meters and a few other things from here. Always a good experience and good prices. Will continue to purchase here.
