AT&T Store

I dreaded the process of going into the ATT store to purchase a new phone. I anticipated a long wait and customer service agents that were so busy it would be impossible to get assistance with setting up my new phone. To my surprise, I was greeted at the door as I was getting out of my car. David provided impeccable, unmatched customer service. He assisted with choosing the right phone for me; providing its features, installed apps and even transferred my data. My visit was stress-free. The store is clean, the other agents were friendly and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the Ann Street location.

I just purchased a iPhone 13+ max this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with AT&T I was in and out within 20 minutes they had everything set up a very professional and very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect thank you AT&T for hiring such a professional fully such as Jaquita. I am very pleased and I hope to be continuing to use AT&T. I have been with you since 2013 and you haven’t let me down yet😊

Went in to see what phones I could upgrade to and Clint was very helpful and got me a way better deal. As I told him I was going to be starting my career as a OTR trucker and he got me a new phone plus hooked me up with a second one for hotspot!

Jaquita did a fantastic job helping me set up my new phone and convert things from my OLD slow phone to the new one. She works hard is patient and helpful to everyone who comes in! Great service at this AT&T location!

I am overwhelmingly pleased with the assistance I received from the young man working at the AT&T store on Ann Street this afternoon 10 February 2022. I hope his supervisor hears of my appreciation and compliments him for outstanding representation of AT&T. I am confident the young lady working there would have been equally accommodating. Miss Jaquita Rowe is a very patient woman with a plethora of knowledge on the subject of dealing with phones she is very kind and she's a multitasker. You should have more customer reps like her in your stores I give her a five star she did an excellent job with me yesterday. Mike was the best cell phone representative that I have meet in the cell phone industry. His personality was so pleasant that I will not only be doing business at his location I will be send people to this location.

Th rep was nice. She was pleasant and answered all my questions. She offered the best deals to fit my inquiry. I do not remember her name and my receipts got ruined in the rain. Her hair was in this beautiful full puff.

Went in to check for a phone upgrade & i was assisted by the Assistant Manager Bridget. She was so knowledgeable and i eneded up lowering my bill, getting a new phone & Lowered my Cable bill at home by switching to DirecTV. I would suggest going to see Bridget or any of her knowledgable staff at The AT&T Store in front of Wal-Mart. Top Notch!!!

Clean store, representative was nice answered all my questions. Even got phone cases for all 3 iPhones for a low price.
