I recently switched to Cricket by going into the Centralia, IL location and man can I say this was the easiest switch to a new phone company I have ever had. Jordan the employee working that got me all taken care of was the best. He got me what I was looking for in my budget for one, all of my questions were answered and explained the different options to me so well. I was a very happy customer when I walked out of this store. So far loving my new service

Love this place they are super friendly and always ready to help no matter what the problem is. They always go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is happy and getting the best deal that they can get.

The manager Kenzey out there is wonderful went in to get help with my phone. She had me in and out and everything fixed in under 15 mins
