Istanbul Mediterranean Market

This small gem carries a great variety of Turkish goodies, you can get dolmas in a can, frozen baklava, olives, cheese… and some more. The place is very clean and organized, and the lady that works there(not sure if is the owner) is very enthusiastic and sweet. I’m definitely coming back soon to try more Turkish delights.

This is a wonderful Turkish market, with almost every Turkish product you can think of, plus some general Mediterranean products. Very clean, very fresh, very friendly service. Well stocked with the best Turkish coffee called Mehmet Efendi, my personal favorite. Plus the salty yogurt drink called ayran which is perfect for the Miami heat. I am giving 5 star to the welcoming of the smiling lady at the store. The prices are almost OK or a little bit higher, which is reasonable as this is a niche market. Also, it was nice and clean. The service was great and there were plenty of Turkish and Mediterranean food items. I have not seen all of similar markets but this might be one of the alternatives that you can use when your options are limited in the area.

We are snow birds from Canada and we discovered this market only towards the end of our last winter stay. We are coming back next month for the next season and we are looking forward to go back to the store and buy all the goodies offered in this store. Very wide choice of quality products offered in a clean and friendly surrounding. Highly recommended !!
