Nice staff, nice selection.

Nice people, i gave two stars because they sold us turtles with shell rot. The turtles have shell rot, because of the tank they had over 50 turtles in. We should have payed more attention to the ones she grabbed for us. We only bought two and she chased us down to tell us we can get one free since we bought two, i feel like she did this to try and get rid of them. We are treating the turtles but the free one she gave us is close to dying because of how bad the shell rot is.. The day i got the turtles i noticed and was gonna take them back but they wont take the turtles back once you buy them. I just think they should take better care of the turtles and get them the proper lighting they need, just pay attention when buying turtles from here.

Rude staff and horrible products.

We went in to look at the turtles and we’re astonished at how poorly the turtles were living. We were approached by an extremely rude lady that had her finger in our faces yelling at us to not touch anything unless we were buying it. The place smelt like mildew and the items were ridiculously overpriced. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

This shop was extremely disgusting. The smell when you walk in was so horrible. The turtles are so cramped in such a small tank!! How is that okay? I could barley stay in the store the smell was so nauseating. They really need to be shut down its really scary to read all the other reviews from so long ago and see they are still open. I wish I could give a zero.

Poor customer service the t-shirts out sale that were outside where Sun faded so poorly they weren't worth purchasing I wouldn't even give them away to the homeless people inside was cluttered the one employee who was there didn't seem interested and was not sure what products they had or did not had will not be back

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY. 2 items we purchased broke in the first use, and the owner is rude and unwilling to offer basic customer service, they have a sign that says no refunds because they know that what they sell is trash !!! Save your money and don’t buy from this corrupt owner and business !!!
