The staff was very knowledgeable and was very caring and non judgmental. I have not been able to walk without pain in probably 20 years. It also appears I have been wearing shoes 1-1/2 sizes too SMALL!!! My new shoes have given me so much more independence and freedom and I highly recommended this store to anyone. I got the Altras and absolutely LOVE THEM !!!

Dealing with achilles tendinitis, I needed a better athletic shoe than what I currently own. I decided to try Fleet Feet. My Fleet Feet representative really took the time to show me several different pairs of shoes that best matched my needs, providing superior comfort and support. Also helped me select the perfect insoles to compliment my new shoes. I’m really glad I went to Fleet Feet!

Went in looking for a specific shoe. After having my feet scanned and talking to the saleswoman about what I was looking for, she brought me out a couple of shoes and I’m glad she brought out the ones she did! I was going for comfort and stability and that’s exactly what the shoes were! I ended up walking out with the Diadoras! Highly recommend this place!!

This has been our family go-to shoe store for years. Knowledgeable and friendly staff! And they offer training programs throughout the year.

They walked me step by step in the process and explained everything in much detail. Was overwhelmed at first with all the moving parts in the selection process but the employees never made me feel rushed or a burden. Shoes are very expensive but if you come here you probably already know that and are coming here for those brands/ service.

Great service, Alexa did all she could to get the correct fit and color I wanted. The digital sizing, arch type, width for each foot was impressive. I love the Hokas I purchased. I have already referred one new customer.

I am not a runner, but i like to walk and went to Fleet Feet based on recommendations from others. The associate was very knowledgeable and explained all of the options in detail...benefits of each. She did not try to upsell in any way and gave me plenty of time to walk around and "test" the various shoes.

The best experience I have ever had. I broke several bones in my foot last fall and they did an amazing job in helping me find the right shoe.

My visit to Fleet Feet was my first time in the store, and first time getting fitted for running shoes. From the moment I stepped in, it was a first class experience. The foot scan results were fascinating and helped explain why I've had some DIY challenges choosing the right shoe. The associate demonstrated a depth of knowledge and first-hand experience when answering my questions, carefully explaining all the different ways shoes are constructed and the options those give to the runner. I never felt like I was getting 'sold' to; I felt like they genuinely cared about finding the best fit for me. I will be going back, every time.

Fantastic experience! I was hesitant at first about going here thinking the store was for runners/athletes only. I was wrong. My podiatrist recommended a special shoe insert and they helped me. Plus, new walking shoes.

This was my first visit to the store. The staff person was very friendly and helpful, they had what I want it in stock, and I was in and out of there very quickly. Also, the price was very good for the shoes I needed.

The Rockford Illinois store employees were fantastic. They listened to me and asked questions. My shoes needed to be ordered. They arrived the next day to my home with a hand written note thanking me for my purchase. All around best retail customer service ever.
