20230505 I always have a great experience at this location. The employees are helpful and polite. Stopped by for notary service, and it didn't take long aside from having to wait in line for my turn. They have 2 computers for rent, if you need to use a computer.

First of all one and only person I want to appreciate is Ruby. She was exceptionally great and everything she did today for me, hands-down to her very knowledgeable, very helpful very friendly. She went out of her way to make things happen for me. I cannot thank you enough and I will strongly recommend the franchise of UPS store to hire people like Ruby. What are the best experience in many years I’ve ever had once again thank you so much to Ruby for everything.

I want to thank Ruby from the UPS store who was extremely helpful throughout the process. She guided me well and constantly kept me updated with statuses. I also notice an incident at the store when Ruby helped an elderly man who was not carrying his phone, from her own pocket! She is truly as asset for UPS! The owner Store, Ms. Stephanie Jones I met today provided me Superior Service the best I have every seen from a UPS store. I mailed my Absentee Ballot for the Cumberland County NC. Thanks to Ms. Jones I got my Ballot mail out and I advise everybody in this area to use this store. #1 in my book. Superior Service. I will always use this store. Atmosphere, Customer Service is Superior. Thanks Ms. Jones for being a Great Female Minority Owner. I will always shop at your store. Excellent and friendly customer service by the UPS store in Herndon! We also used the notary public services and were impressed by how quick and effective it was. We didn’t need to schedule an appointment in advance (which you have to do with most other notary public services) and were able to get our forms notarized on the spot on a Saturday. The rep we worked with provided excellent customer service—thank you!

I don't usually post reviews but I have to shout the staff at this UPS store along with their Mgr. Ruby. Everyone was professional and curteous. I needed to get a package to my son in college overnight and they made every step so easy. If you're ever in need of mailing a package this is the store to go to

I went to the UPS Store to drop off a package on May 20, 2023. After entering the store, I was quickly and efficiently waited on. I was very pleased with the service. Great staff.

People are quick to share when something goes wrong , well here is a breath of fresh air ! As a home based business owner , this location has become my place to go. I get everything I need done here ,one and done! The staff is always professional , very efficient, its clean and there is even music while you wait ! My packages are always delivered in a timely manner and with no issues I might add ( which is great for my ratings! ) . I use alot of their other services as well . I've never had a problem here and would recommend this location to others . Excellent service all the way around !! ... I had to share :)

Although I’m a bit late with this review I wanted to share my April 15, 2022 experience at this UPS location, which is near my work location, in Herndon, VA. Typically, I go to the UPS location near my home (60 miles away) but I will now make this Herndon location my preferred store. I was extremely impressed with the teamwork the staff displayed particularly during a very period – There were a lot of customers and the wait time was minimal due to the staff ability to work together. from what I observed, they provided each customer with the same level of quality service I received. Without exaggeration, I never felt so valued as a customer before compared to ANY other UPS location I've been. This staff was impressive - professional, courteous, very polite, and made sure my needs were met to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!

The UPS at this location will make you feel like they appreciate your business. Very welcoming, efficient, professional & overall good customer service.
Moreover, the store is clean and organized. Wonderful experience!

I come here all the time to drop off packages for Amazon returns and other company product returns. Customer service is good and I'm in and out just like that. Compare this to a Fedex store where they waste your time.

I’m so glad to be in this area today! By Far the Best Customer Service I’ve seen during the whole pandemic! These Men were attentive and courteous to everyone! They move fast and this small store is equipped to do everything! The Owner Stephanie came in and I must say she made sure I was taken care of and her establishment is clean and Covid-19 safe! Mario was super helpful when helping me ship my 3 large boxes and took the time to answer all of my questions patiently. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with each shipment and verified all of my available options with me in regards of securing & insuring my shipment. Please give my regards to Mario for amazing customer service both on the phone and in-person, his patience with customers is something to be recognized for!

This is a great UPS location with wonderful service. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for service. The owner, Stephanie, is extremely helpful and even opened the store early once even she saw me waiting outside!

I am out of state and was searching for a UPS store near Dulles to pick up, package, and ship laptops that I bought there. Long story short, came across this store and was very impressed by the level of engagement by the manager Dexter in how every review on here that was a complaint was responded to and addressed etc. I want to say that my own experience turned out nothing but awesome. Dexter was very professional when I reached out and he and the team provided assistance in getting my package, boxing it up and shipping to me, all very reasonably. I am attaching the picture, I was super impressed how careful everything was packaged and you guys are on my short list if I ever need assistance again. Thank you to all and specifically to Dexter. He made me pick you guys and the reason I will be coming back.

Lisa provides excellent customer service! She is friendly, polite and super efficient. I have dealt with her on multiple occasions and she is the main reason I use this store for my shipping needs. Kudos to Lisa for being excellent at her job!

I needed to return a picture to Amazon but the shipping was challenging because the painting was so large. DEXTER went out of his way to help me get it packed up and shipped out. I appreciate the outstanding customer service I always receive at this location.
