My insurance company, incentivizes, annual biometric screenings, and this year I was able to choose CVS MinuteClinic instead of making an appointment with my PCP. The process through CVS was an absolute breeze, and the clinician was a joy. Her name is Roya Zarnegar. She is caring, skilled, compassionate and professional. I recommend this clinic and Roya if you need this service.

This was a great experience get my medication in a pinch. As a retired Army soldier Steve was able to get my medication after getting it transferred from the Fort Belvoir. It was a great relief to my mind! Thanks Steve!!! And CVS!!

Pharmacist cared and made sure we were taken care of. He made sure to lower the price with as many coupons as possible. Man's is a legend. Definitely coming back.

Steve, the pharmacist, is a lifesaver! My son is a Type 1 diabetic and on two separate occasions we were saved by Steve. First, I’m a loyal Wegmans’ pharmacy customer. Unfortunately, my son’s glucose monitoring device failed and no pharmacy in Northern Virginia had a replacement in stock. This CVS is the only pharmacy that not only keeps it in stock but Steve rushed the transfer process and quickly filled the prescription. When standing in line to pick it up, he interacted well with the other customers. The whole process reminded me of the relationship my family had with hometown pharmacists. It was worth the 30 min drive and we have since switched pharmacies for my son’s diabetic supplies.

The representative that helped me I believe her name is Limya, she is an all star took the time to get me a CVS rewards points card thing when the store was closing, trusted me to use the bathroom at 11:59PM which I know they had already cleaned and were ready to go home, but she saw a customer in need and didn't turn me away. I said I would give her an awesome survey but I lost the receipt so I hope this will help demonstrate her value to the company she deserves a raise!

I had awesome experience here. Pharmacist was so helpful and polite. She helped us getting the correct medications covered by insurance. I had taken flu shot here and she had the conversation so that I’ll overcome the fear of shot. Also at the billing counter, Sampada guided us with the membership and getting the items for discounted prices. Thank you for your services 😊

This is my first time coming to this CVS location. I had a GREAT experience thanks to SIRJANA. Her professionalism, patience, and empathy made me feel so welcomed. She was willing to go extra miles to help me find what I needed when I hopelessly couldn't find it elsewhere. Sirjana, thank you very much! You are the star that will shine and light up the sky!

Steve at the pharmacy was amazing! He went above and beyond to correct a mistake made my doctor's office so that I could get my prescriptions filled. Thank you, Steve!

This review is for the Minute Clinic and the wonderful service we received from Roya. I had stopped by the CVS in Reston near our house to receive flu shots for my son and I but the wait time was over an hour. I was able to reserve a spot at the Elden St location and headed over. Roya was incredibly warm and professional through the whole experience. This was the first time we went to a Minute Clinic and it was convenient and quick. Based on other reviews, management should be hiring more employees like Roya!

Steve the pharmacist is awesome. Steve's epic level of awesomeness is what keeps the Pharmacy side of things at that CVS from being a complete and total dumpster fire.
