I had such an amazing time at Earthbound!! Everything was super affordable and great quality and I am beyond happy with my (many) purchases. The vibes and people there, especially Keo and Genisse (so sorry if I didn’t spell that right) made me feel so comfortable. They were both incredibly friendly and not afraid to strike up some fun conversations. Thank you so much, and I will definitely buy from again!!! Everyone simply must go to the Key West location, just a great time all around even if you don’t end up buying anything.

Had an amazing time! They each took time to help me find what I needed and Vi even handpicked some jewelry for me. Felt so safe and welcomed!

I love this store so so much. It was my first time ever going and it’s now my favorite store. The crystals were at a good price and are all gorgeous and real! Everything in there I wanted to buy. I went in looking for only crystals and left with so much more 😅 if you are hippie or have that kind of style or are looking for crystals this is the place for u, I’m telling ya!

A beautiful store with incense, masks, unique earrings and so much. Visited on my cruise to Key West & Cuba. Picked up some Satya Brand Incense and some beautiful little "plates" to hold my keys when I come in the house. Lucky for me there was a buy 1 get the 2nd item for 1/2 off; yeah I know a marketing ploy to get ppl to buy more items, it worked well for me because I love the items sold at this shop. The guy at the counter also gave me a generous amount of samples (you don't get that at many stores).
If I visit Key West in the near future I will definitely go back to Earthbound Trading Co.

I love this store! Everything they sell and the people who work there are lovely/wonderful/amazing. We left a chakra tree and they shipped it to us next day, without any issues. They have excellent customer service skills, are friendly and professional. Every time we go to Key West it’s a delight to shop here.

Our favorite store on Duval! All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and seem happy to be there. There are always new and interesting things.

Most fun place to shop with always the coolest people working. The vibe brings you in and the selections and variety of items keeps you coming back.

I love this store and we stop every time we are in Key West. I always leave with something! I always appreciate the employees, too. They are the happiest, most welcoming and friendly people every single time!

My wife loves Earthbound Trading so when we travel and run across one of their stores we always stop in. She loves the clothing, unique items and jewelry. I enjoy looking at the funny t-shirts and art work like a cat in a space suit, llamas, etc. I always see something new each time we visit. If you are into crystals and their healing properties, there is a large selection offered at the Gatlinburg, TN location but I didn't not many at this Key West store but maybe I overlooked them. Still a fun place to stop in and I definitely recommend visiting any location you find.

I'm so glad to have stumbled upon this store while in Key West. Unbeknownst to me I didn't know they were a national chain.

The staff was very cool and attentive. They had a wide range of home decor, art, clothes, accessories, incense, crystals, etc. I could have spent a ton of money in this store. I did end up scoring some pretty head scarves, a velvet ball cap and an artsy pillow for my couch. It kind of reminds me of how Pier 1 Imports was back in the day, when they were a bit more boho and more eclectic with their wares.

This store has so much charm and the people who work here are so kind. They were very helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and I had a lovely time. Anyone can find something they like, from jewelry to home decode. Definitely a must visit.

Visited today and was helped by Susie. The sweetest, most professional and helpful lady. Made my experience so good and helped me purchase what I needed! Will definitely come back and recommend, only for her. Thank you!

oh my god. when i tell you that i’m in love with the employees here, i mean it. they were so fun and exciting to talk with! the clothing and accessories here are to die for; and the crystals? even better. i loved it so much, and i was sad that i didn’t have time to go again before heading back home.

The staff was so helpful. They were even having great sales. The employee searched extra for a couple of items on other sizes and gave us great ideas about a few things to look at. Definite great service. Pet friendly store too.

I've enjoyed this store everytime I've had the chance to go. I really enjoy their inventory. ..I rarely just browse in any store, but it's difficult not to, here.
(Perhaps the person who didn't like the service at the register was visiting, in a hurry, especially when this consumer wasn't sure about what denominations were presented in the first place.)

Very cool items! Daniel, Maddie and Janiece are great at the Key West location. Very helpful and made it a very nice shopping experience. St Augustine store is even bigger!

I received an amethyst light for a wedding gift from my dad. Got home to New Hampshire and suddenly realized I was missing a piece to make the light work. I just want to give a quick shout out to Kenny the manager, who is a class act sales professional. I am so grateful I got to work with him even though I had a missing piece. He went so above and beyond and stayed in regular contact with me to assure me that I was going to receive my missing piece. I then called him to ask him another question user error LOL and he walked me through it once again. If you want to feel like you’re buying from a trusted company and a crew that really cares about customer service and standing behind their products this is the store I would recommend. I can’t wait to go back to Key West and buy from this company again . Thank you Kenny and crew for going above and beyond all customer service expectations, I kind a wish I was a secret shopper LOL you run a really great business there

Loved this store, and the manic-power-shopping induced by all the grabs in the Sale section, at the back of the store. Staff was lovely, too.
I will be back next month.
Ps -- Pls consider buying a reusable bag, near the register, and reuse. My Earthbound bag gets complements (crazy, huh?!).

Actually found t shirt long enough for a tall 250 lb guy! The staff is super friendly. Very welcoming energy here!
